Everything! the warm welcome, indoor pool, breakfast, and great service, especially during check-in. The room was spacious and towels, bedding all clean and of great quality. The bed was very, very comfortable.

The Riyadh’s transfer arrangement which was promised into the city was not available and this made movement around Marrakesh more difficult

Superb service. We arrived and was met with a lot of assistance with baggage. Room was upgraded despite staying for one night. Was given a lot of advice going to the airport, they printed our boarding passes in advance. Organized an airport shuttle early in the morning and gave us complimentary breakfast beforehand. Very kind attitude in handling our requests. Special shoutout to Khalid and Abdo. Would definitely come back to this riad in my next Marrakech visit.

Nothing to really dislike as such - I would suggest the breakfast have some options. We had traditional Morrocan breakfast, which was freshly made and plentiful but would be improved by having some variety.

The staff were brilliant throughout - Khalid and Amina were always available to help and assist with travel queries and suggestions on restaurants and shopping. We were asked for our food choices daily, and we were able to dine when it suited us. This allowed us great flexibility in our daily plans. Transport was available for a very reasonable charge to take us to where we wanted to go for shopping or sightseeing.

They said if the black mascara stain on the towel didn’t wash away I had to pay for it which for us as weird and they didn’t have a breakfast buffet but breakfast was served separately for everyone .

Well we stayed here overnight but they moved us due to over booking to the other riad next to this one, called riad Kenza. Tonaroz was bright and sunny in the morning and we liked the decoration and its bright colours

We liked the staff very very much! So kind, professional, helpful, welcoming and full of positive informations and advices about the city and Marroco in general. Muhammed was of great help for us, and his english is very good. He made us to feel like we are at our home. It would be great if every Riad/hotel would have that great and friendly receptionist! Well done! We changed 5 hotels in Marroco and this one was the best! The looby, the room, the food everything simply perfect. They even arranged free airport pickup! Also it is not in the city center but even better to be honest- after a busy day in souks, you get to this peaceful oasis and enjoy! We had halfboard and it is a must! Dinener was very tasteful and it variances each day - we must come again!

I think the location is OK if you don't want the noise of the Medina, but it's not really a great on (it is very close to the airport though). A bit pricey in that regard. There's a lot of buildings being constructed around that area, so in a few months I'd imagine it'll have a different feel. I personally like a mattress that's on the more rigid side, so I didn't really enjoy the one I got. To each their own I guess.

Khalid was superb in his service! He really went above and beyond every time, and even did a quick trip to the Medina late-ish at night to find a place to print our boarding passes (we understood there was a printer in the riad, which wasn't the case). The breakfast was really good.

The room and Riad were very clean,, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. They have air conditioning which was great .Small traditional Riad , great experience away from big hotels, felt you were in a family home The staff were amazing - always someone there to help and no request from us was too much for them to resolve. It's a very peaceful location and not far from the city centre Great hospitality. Staff were very nice. stayed for a week in this beautiful Riad.. Breakfast very extensive, lots of sweets, fresh orange juice, more than enough. We were able to eat at times to suit us Staff were so friendly and incredibly welcoming, very attentive and helpful ,,. Free airport transfers also which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again. The host/manager Karim is very kind and attentive to your every need. He is always there for you if you need anything or have any questions or concerns. The rest of the staff, ex: Khalid, Mohammed, and Fatima are exceptional people! Personally, I could not speak more highly of Fatima, Khalid and Mohammed as they provided me great daily care and attention. The whole staff at Riad Tonaroz is wonderful and genuinely care about their guests! They are the best service team we could imagine. They made all of our wishes come true and it was a very familiar atmosphere which made us feel home. We highly recommend staying there! Thank you so much, it was a wonderful time!

The room close to the reception is a bit loud. So ask for the room further if it may bother you.

Nice riad, a bit outside of the noisy center of Marrakesz but with fast and good access to the airport. Great hospitality. Transfer to the airport free, even though we had to leave the riad at 4:30 in the morning. I reccomend.

Staff were very nice. I appreciated the tour around the property and some navigation tips around Marrakech. The pool was very refreshing and everything felt easy. I enjoyed my stay quite a bit.

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Tonaroz. It was good value for the price. The rooms had just what we needed and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was located outside of the medina, which we personally enjoyed. Getting to/from the city center was not a problem. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Riad, staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble, rooms very big, beds comfortable, food excellent and we were able to eat at times to suit us. Free airport transfers also which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The use of the pool - but this is not a huge issue. We spent most of our time in the city! And make sure you have battery on your phone and data to use for Google maps to show taxi drivers where to drop you off on your way home (unless you are using the Riad's driver) as most were a little confused at first. I would recommend staying here - we loved Marrakech and the people of Morocco! Thank you.

The breakfast/lunch/dinners were fresh and delicious with good options to choose from. The room and riad were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have air conditioning which was great as the room got very warm by the evenings. The staff were amazing - always someone there to help and no request from us was too much for them to resolve. It's a very peaceful location and not far from the city centre. My partner had to do some work on his laptop at times and there was a great big table for him to work at and no distractions. After the buzz of the city, it was nice to come here for some quiet and relaxation.

Pool was not available but not too much of an issue for us , but would have been nice to relax on loungers for an hour or so .

Location in quiet area , perfect for us away from the craziness of the Medina , but only a 10 min taxi (30-35 MAD) into the centre which we did a few times. Home cooked food breakfast and dinner and extremely flexible with meal times if given notice. Small traditional Riad , great experience away from big hotels, felt you were in a family home . All staff are friendly and available 24 hours.

My room didn’t have a toilet - it was separate from the room but that wasn’t much of a bother.

It’s exactly as it looks in the photos. The host - Mohammed was very patient and went above and beyond in looking after the guests.
