Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe location was a bit of a shocker, it’s right in the middle of a bustling medina. Some of the surrounding properties are in disrepair/falling apart and it was kinda hard to get used to, but once you do (around day 3) you realise it’s just life there and you get on with it.
A beautiful riad with a pool and a lovely terrace. There were lots of places for us to relax. Each bedroom had an en suite so no bathroom sharing.

United KingdomThere was nothing that we didn't like.
Utterly superb in every way. We (2 adults 2 children) had booked this Riad to celebrate my 40th birthday, communication from start to finish with Marie and Xavier was excellent and they put me in touch with Bouchra (Housekeeper) before our trip to finalise any requests. Bouchra was very kind and attentive, I requested a small birthday cake which was served after a delicious dinner upon our arrival. We only ordered one dinner and two breakfasts- simply because we wanted to get out and about to explore, however Bouchras cooking is absolutely top notch. Bouchra speaks no English, regrettably I only speak a little French and my husband none at all, but even so we managed to communicate with one another with my vocabulary and the help of a translate app. Little Sam (cleaner) always greeted us with a smile and our children really liked her, our son even ran up to show her a purchase he had made, even though he can't speak French and Little Sam no English :) Yassine (Driver) is accomodating and professional, we felt in safe hands during our transfer and speaks excellent English, you can book him for tours as well, but we were happy to explore Marrakesh on foot as well as us craving a rest from our day to day lives at home. The Riad itself is very spacious and well kept, our children were free to play, relax and explore this was very important to us our son has special needs and our daughter is only 2, we needed them to feel safe and have space and peace to unwind after the hectic bustle of the city, which they certainly got as did we. The Swimming Pool was used well by us everyday. Wonderful addition, particularly as even though a smaller pool it had a shallow end. It was perfect and really made our experience perfect. Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday, we will always carry great memories of our time with you.

United KingdomNothing.
A Hidden Treasure awaits you if you decide to come and stay in this Riad. Bouchra and Yassine are the most perfect hosts and provide a real home from home experience. The Riad is stunning, decorated, and maintained to a very high standard. All the bedrooms are en-suite and have the most comfortable beds adorned with high-quality bed linen. For those choosing to visit in the cooler months, the beds are also fitted with electric blankets to keep you as "snug as a bug in a rug." AC is also fitted in all rooms to accommodate the scorching summer months. We opted to have breakfast every morning during our stay, and I can highly recommend it. Bouchra provided us with a homemade traditional breakfast feast each morning, which included freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, coffee, and mint tea, sublime! The Riad is located within the Medina walls, about a 20 minute stroll to the main square. When you are inside the Riad, it is a complete oasis of calm, hard to imagine the chaos of outside. On the rooftop, you will find a well equipped solarium and pool area, with towels and sun hats provided. We hope to return soon to experience more of Marrakech and the truly warm welcome that awaits you

United KingdomBathrooms require a bit of refurbishing, especially smaller ones.
Spacious, 5 bedroom facility, separate dining and living room, each bedroom with its full bathroom. Very nice roof top and Terrance, though due to weather we could not really use that. We enjoyed a lot the food prepared by Bouchra. Bouchra and her team were great, they did their best to make us feel like home. Special thanks to Yassine, for going beyond to meet our expectations, for taking us around the Marrakesh, and organizing a tour to Essaouira.

United KingdomNothing everything was perfect. The location is a little daunting at first as its off the main street down a dark alley way but once you enter the riad and get settled this disappeared. We felt very safe but kept our wits about us.
Perfection 5 Stars.... This riad is a little bit of paradise in the heart of marrakech. The rooms are beautifully done and spotlessly clean. The pool area and bar on top floor just perfect to relax. Boushra is the best cook ever.... and her husband who takes care of the driving is just fabulous. 10 min walk to madina square with lots to see and do on the way. No one who books this raid could ever be disappointed..... it's perfection 👌

United KingdomThe property itself was beautiful, very comfy, and cleaned everyday. The rooms and mattresses were nice to sleep on. The rooftop pool was also a relaxing area. The view of the sunset skyline was pretty. There was also a pet turtle at the rooftop, which can be fed! So nice to stay here. Bouchra cooked us delicious homecooked Moroccan meals which made our stay meaningful. She was also very patient with us despite of our communication difficulties since we cannot speak French and only relied on Google translate. Yassine, our ever supportive and kind driver/guardian while we were there, we will never forget your extra mile efforts for us. He was just one call away with everything. He toured us around the city and picked us up and dropped us off wherever we wanted. He was very helpful with our concerns that even when we had trouble printing with our boarding passes, on an ungodly hour of 12-1am, he still responded and managed to print it for us. The staff of the Riad were truly our angels during our entire stay, made our experience a whole lot better, and really made us feel the Moroccan hospitality. Thank you!

United KingdomIf never been Marrakech before, the location is in quite a rundown area however still very safe. Most of Medina and inside the wall is rundown though so if that’s not to your liking, it’s better to stay outside of the wall and Medina. The riad is a good distance (about 15-20mins walk) from the main square, markets and local restaurants in Medina. If you want the full Marrakech experience, stay in a riad. If you want some luxury in your stay, it’s better to stay in a hotel in a better location (outside Medina)
It was clean and maintained well. Beds were comfortable, facilities worked well. Housekeeper, driver and host easy to communicate with. They are very accommodating and available on call 24/7. Perfect place to live like a local.
