There are tables by reception. We thought that we were to have breakfast due to plates being on the tables. We weren't told we can have breakfast on the roof top as well. The 1 minute walk from the street does not feel safe at night but no problem during the day.

Amazing value for money. They had no problem with us leaving our beds there for 1 or 2 hours after checkout.

The Riad is very well located, just a 5 minutes walk to the Souk. The amenities are great, very clean and the room had a nice shower and air conditioner. There is also a small lounge where you can chill. The breakfast is super good and the receptionists and servers were amazing super friendly and polite.

It was very clean, safe and welcoming. The two men at reception were so helpful, informative and friendly. The two women masseuse were excellent also - I would definitely recommend booking treatments at the spa. Jamal helped us book the day trip to Agafay which was very efficient.

Nothing - it was the perfect escape from a busy outside world!

Stayed twice - 10 days apart. Was a fantastic facility with comfortable well equiped rooms including modern air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Close to the main market in the Medina - easy walking distance. Great food for breakfast and dinner (which can be purchased). A very nice roof area to enjoy some sheltered outdoor space as well. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Marrakech

One thing that stood out to us was the noise, since the buildings are quite old, we could hear pretty much everything happening outside, lol.

A fantastic stay in the heart of the city The hotel was extremely comfortable and perfectly located right in the center. All the main tourist attractions were within a 15–30 minute walk, which made our trip both easier and more affordable—we hardly ever needed a taxi. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the service really stood out. A special thanks to Zackaria, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommend!

A very nice Riad, traditional but also modern. We were received by Maruan that gave us a warm welcome and he showed us all the possible itinerary to do in Marrakesh.

This is only minor and personal preference but I would have liked a full length mirror in the room and a hanging rail rather than the cupboards for clothes. But it did not affect the stay at all and wasn’t a problem. Just how I would make it perfect

Looked amazing, so beautiful inside. Perfect location. Roof terrace was great for a break from the madness of Marrakech. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Room was great, small but just enough space for the 2 of us. Air con was a real blessing. Will definitely be back!

Generally stay was good, just disappointed that was charged city tax for my 5 year old when from my understanding children under 12 are not charged city tax. We was not charged city tax in fes for my daughter , neither another accommodation. However the staff was adamant I had to pay this for her. The property itself is a good stay.

Very nice Riad, really well located near the Medina but not in the midst of it, making it a haven in Marrakech! The terrace was lovely and the room was perfectly sized for 2, although it was lacking a safe and the one we stayed in smelled a bit damp.
