The reception was absolutely fantastic—they went above and beyond by explaining local attractions, giving helpful suggestions on where to go, and even offering tips on how to haggle to keep our spending down. The location was amazing, just a short 5-minute walk from everything we needed. The bathroom and pool were both clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast, while limited in variety, was tasty—especially the pastries, which I appreciated as a visitor from the UK. Overall, a great stay with a personal touch from the staff that really made a difference.

It would have been nice to have been able to have a glass of wine with dinner but realise this isn’t common in Marrakesh even in tourist areas. This wouldn’t prevent me booking again however. Would definitely return.

Beautiful riad in a perfect location near enough to Jemma el Fna but not in the hustle and bustle. The small pool is great for cooling down. There were nice touches such as fruit, dates and sweet treats and water all complimentary in the room. Great air conditioning. We also had massages which were exceptional.

Beautiful oasis in the busy medina just a short walk from the main square and souk. Air conditioned rooms and a small rooftop pool were great and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely stay again if returning to Marrakech

Great staff, so helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hammam spa was a very interesting experience and the complimentary massage a very nice touch. Also great to have a swimming pool to relax

Excellent position, 5 mins walk from main square, spacious, clean and air conditioned room. Amazing breakfast too. But the best was the staff, especially at the restaurant: everyone was constantly taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed, couldn’t appreciate this more. I’ll surely come back here in case I make another trip to Marrakech!

Honestly, can't think of anything!

The riad is a peaceful hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Very friendly, welcoming hosts. The room was so nice and the roof terrace perfect, nice to have a refreshing dip in the pool. Location is great and was easy to find. We did treat ourselves to a massage after hiking in the Atlas Mountains and it was superb.

They should provide a little vanity kit in the bathroom. Eg, cotton buds, disposable shower caps, bathroom slippers etc.

Everything! You can literally stay here and not go anywhere else if you want. Proximity to the Medina is good. Staff are professional and friendly. There is this calm and safety you feel when here

Beautiful Riad with spa.. The spa and treatments were amazing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Anouar was super helpful and went above and beyond. Location was great a lot many historical monuments and markets within walking distance.

Our stay was fantastic! We were warmly welcomed with mint tea, and the Riad’s interiors were stunning. Breakfast was excellent, and Kariba, Reda, and Tarek took great care of us. Their hospitality made our visit even more special. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently stayed and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially since it was my birthday. They surprised us with a complimentary cake and tea, which was a delightful and unexpected treat. Their generosity and hospitality truly made our visit memorable. We highly recommend Riad & Spa Bahia Salam to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with wonderful, caring staff. We will definitely be returning for future visits.
