Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. SpainWe stayed the last few days at Riad Bobby Marrakesh, run by Ali, and it has been an unforgettable experience. He treated us wonderfully, recommending the right places, the best times to visit them, and always offering his help whenever we needed it. Thanks to him, our stay was fun, enjoyable, and culturally enriching. He made us feel truly at home, and that’s exactly how we felt. The riad itself was just as we hoped: beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm. Everything was simply wonderful. Highly recommended!

Riad Bobby is the genuine experience of a Riad. Calm relaxation can happen here! Genuine Moroccan hospitality, comfortable rooms and living spaces, copious breakfasts with homemade cakes and a pristine small pool all add up to make it a perfect stay in Marrakesh. Riad Bobby has it all and Ali the manager is a gem. With his true kindness and expertise, Ali is fast to respond to the guest’s needs and questions. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff, the Riad is maintained beautifully, even down to the cushions covers being washed and dried (I observed this during my stay), which makes it even more inviting to relax on one of the couches with a good book. Bravo to the whole staff of Riad Bobby!

United StatesThis is the best place I have experienced in 3 weeks in Morocco!
Riad Bobby Marrakesh is a very pleasant place to spend a few days, I wanted to stay another week. It is calm, you get a good night rest and the pool is pristine! Ali the manager, with his personal attention to details is really enhancing the quality of this Riad. He should be commanded for his dedication and care, tirelessly taking care of everything so the guest has all they need. Breakfast was wonderful as well especially the eggs and the Moroccan pancakes. Thank you to the breakfast ladies!

PolandThere wasn’t hot water at first, but a note in the bathroom explained that Marrakesh is dealing with serious water shortages. As tourists, we often take comfort for granted, while locals live with these limits every day. So, it’s good that we’re reminded and educated about it. Still, I asked the staff if it was possible to have hot water for few minutes before checkout and they kindly arranged it.
Let me explain, if you’re an artist or a creative soul struggling to find inspiration, this is the place to be. Every corner of it feels like a deliberate, authentic artistic expression. The indigo tones, from the tiled bathroom details to the pool itself, stirs your imagination. It’s a space where every element pushes you to create.

Poland⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Medina! We stayed at Riad Bobby for 7 unforgettable days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere is magical — peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with mint tea and fresh fruit, and the hospitality never stopped. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, and the beds are super comfortable. The courtyard is a serene oasis where you can relax after a busy day in the medina. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was one of the highlights — fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and coffee with a view over the rooftops. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to my friend Ali for always being there to help with recommendations, bookings, and just making us feel welcome every day. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, but quiet and peaceful inside the riad. You’re right in the heart of the old city, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. We were sad to leave and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Riad Bobby, for making our trip to Marrakech so special!

United KingdomI can honestly not think of one negative thing to say about Riad Bobby!
I cannot recommend Riad Bobby highly enough. Location. Brilliantly placed. Down an alley off the main street, but easy to find again once you've been shown. There is a security guard at the top end of the alley so my daughter and I felt very safe returning to the Riad after dark. The area around the Riad is great. Feels nice and local and very quiet. But at the same time, it was just a few minutes' walk into the souks. Ben Youssef Medersa 10 minutes walk, Djemaa El Fna 15 minutes, Jardin Majorelle about 20 minutes. Rooms. I am always slightly cynical about the photos you see of hotel rooms online as often the reality does not live up to them. However, in the case of Riad Bobby I can say that the rooms were just as lovely as you see on the website. Really stylish decoration, quirky touches, immaculately clean. Air conditioning worked well (really important in July!). I had the green room on the ground floor. Lovely size and gorgeous big bathroom and shower! Pool. Really lovely spotlessly clean large plunge pool. Perfect to come back to after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast. Is amazing! One of the really special things about this Riad. There was SO much wonderful food provided, and it changed daily so we were never bored. Fresh orange juice, yoghurt, delicious homemade Moroccan bread, pastries, omelette, fresh fruit. After a long leisurely breakfast, neither my daughter or I needed to eat until the evening, so a money saver too! Ali. I have saved the best for last in this review. Ali is the manager of the Riad and one of the loveliest and most helpful people we have ever met. He is polite, professional, modest, interesting. He could not do enough for us, from making sure we were picked up at the airport safely (despite arriving late at night due to delays), recommending really good (and not expensive) restaurants, to booking a great hammam for us. He was also a mine of information about Moroccan and Amazigh culture. Thank you Ali!

ItalyNothing. If we really want to find the needle in the haystack, the cleaning of the rooms could be improved. But the Riad staff cleans the rooms and common areas with care every day. So, there is nothing negative.
Very characteristic location, in the heart of the Medina in a closed alley, convenient to everything. Ground floor with two rooms by the pool and a porch for relaxing. First floor three more rooms and a small kitchen. Top floor deck chairs, gazebo and open kitchen for breakfast. The staff is the heart of the Riad. Ali, the house manager, is the soul of the Riad and is the most helpful and simple person I have ever met. We stayed with a four-year-old girl who did not want to go home because in Riad Bobby we were really happy.

United KingdomTowards the beginning we did have minor issues with the water temperature and pressure but this got resolved swiftly
Riad Bobby Marrakesh felt like home and i wouldn’t go elsewhere next time I’m in Marrakesh. The courtyard and rooftop was very relaxing and aesthetic with the greenery, design and Moroccan touch. Ali, the host, was very hospitable and despite the constant nagging, he was very accommodating. he never complained and was helpful at all times. He always went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. You can book taxis to and from the accommodation with Ali, he has contacts for travelling to the different areas in Morocco close to Marrakech. He gave an amazing recommendation for a traditional hammam a 5 minutes walk away. Could never have made this trip without Ali’s help, so huge thanks to him! The accommodation is in a very good location, very close to all the tourist hotspots, within walking distance. It felt very safe. breakfast was included and Ali would always provide us with a good range for breakfast!

United StatesThere was trouble with the A/C, however it was 108 degrees outside and they upgraded our room! So not a big deal.
Far exceeded expectations. The property was beautiful. The Moroccan breakfast was outstanding. The Airport shuttle and shuttle service made getting around Morocco very easy. But most of all, the staff went way above and beyond ensuring we knew where to go, where not to go, they upgraded our room, and showed tremendous care and concern when my friend felt sick. I can't say enough great things about this place. And huge value.

Netherlands-
The Riad is as shown on the photos. We hoped for the green room and by fate got that one without asking. Ali took care of the pick-up and upon arrival made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us some nice spots to visit. The included breakfast is different everyday and tastes really good! Every morning we were greet with a smile from Ali and the other staff. Also when we got back he always asked us how our day was and if we were alright. I unfortunately fell sick one of the days we were visiting and Ali made sure I was okay. The Riad is very well located in a busy area of the Medina. However, the street itself is very calm and has 0 noise. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing was ever a problem for him to help with. Service with a smile and kindness. The pool and terrace were lovely facilities and areas to relax. The pool was nice and cool for the really hot days. The breakfast was yummy, pancakes and different types of Moroccan bread too. It was a lovely Riad, loved the colours.
