The riad is beautiful and full of traditional moroccan charm. The location is perfect in the heart of the medina, and our room was clean, spacious and peaceful. We especially want to thank Khalid, always helpful, kind and smiling. And Aaz El Arab who both assisted us and responded to all our requests throughout the stay. And finally, Salah who managed the whole team.

We had a wonderful stay at the riad. The riad really is beautiful inside - and our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. They also had great AC - which was a key thing because we traveled there in the middle of the summer. The rooftop terrace was lovely, and the breakfasts we had were delicious and filling. We were initially concerned about being able to get to the riad and navigate through the medina. The medina is quite confusing - mostly because a lot of it is covered to allow the inhabitants to escape the heat - and so there is a warren of alleyways and passageways. I had read all kinds of stories of people being led astray as well. This wasn't a problem for us at all though. The riad made sure to provide us with sometime to take us wherever we needed to go (restaurants etc), and also arranged a top-notch English speaking guide to help us navigate and explore the medina. I highly recommend this riad!

The beautiful building, the palatial, spotless quiet rooms, the breakfast and the attentive staff were excellent. They helped us with train booking etc and were keen to assist with advice on all we asked. Well positioned Riad at the edge of the old souk. A step back in time.

We really appreciate the hospitality and the warm welcome during the afternoon with a mint tea. The room was very big and nice! We slept very well, wrapped in the silence despite the hotel begin in the Medina. It is an oasis of tranquillity!!

Beautiful place, with very friendly staff, convenient location at outer edge of the medina so easy to reach by car or taxi. All interesting sites on walking distance. And for bikers… a guarded motorbike parking on about 200 meters

I love the design of the room. What I didn't like: N/A NOTHING...

Breakfast was good. Thank you for the breakfast in the morning, that day I was check in early. they offer me a very good breakfast. I am not feel I was eating breakfast, I was actually having a good (eating) Breakfast during the whole trip in Morocco. I was stay only one night, If I had more day, definitely would stay more than two. The breakfast, each morning was different. The coffee actually with mike. At the another location I didn't feel milk, they had milk, just taste not like milk. And the location was quite and nice, easy to get taxi. I'd say outside Medina or the entrance of the Medina. It much better than inside Medina. Very recommended. At least I didn't see any long hair in pillow or bed. Some looked clean, when you go through the whole thing, not clean at all. Also the beautiful Morocco style. Staff were nice too.

Amazing value for money in a great location within the medina but very close to the exit so getting around Fes was super easy from the Riad. Room was really large and very comfortable and cleaned everyday. The staff were so attentive. Salah arranged for me to have breakfast early twice during my stay and all staff really went above and beyond to make my stay special. Breakfast was really good

I can't recommend this place enough. Beautiful Riad with a quiet and charming atmosphere. They arranged a taxi to pick us up. Breakfast is very varied and tasty, omelett, cheese and sweets, juice and coffee. Location... perfect! Is south of the Medina close enough to the main street where you can get a taxi if exploring the outer part of the Medina. And what completes this experience is the wonderful attention and warm received by all the staff at the Riad, specially Khalid and Najib ( Julio Iglesias ). Don't think it over... stay here! This is a higher accommodation with great value. Wishing we will come back, Andres and Bobi.

Nothing, everything was wonderful

This Riad is outstanding. Nour and her staff go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible. The location is just inside the Medina, near Place R’cif. The breakfasts vary each day and are delicious. The Riad is quiet, traditional, and the rooms are spacious & comfortable. The rooftop terrace is quiet as well and offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire Medina. It is a haven amongst the intensity and stress of being in the at times overwhelming Medina. We stayed in the Oud Suite and loved it. Everything is absolutely exceptional. The value for money is also outstanding. We highly recommend this as one of the best Riads in Fes.

There was really not much room for improvement.

This place is incredible. The Riad itself is a very beautuful place, the rooms are nice and clean, stunning view from the furnitured rooftop. It is perfectly placed to explore the medina. The hosts were absolutely great: friendly, helpful and very caring in a very kind and gentle way. They contacted us via WhatsApp wich was very easy for us, and they offered managing things, what made our stay in this „different world“ a lot easier, also avoiding typical tourist mistakes. Thanks again, guys! Stay as you are. If we will ever come back to Fes, we know where to stay.

Everything was perfect. The Riad is beautiful - marvellous designs and decorations. And best of all Nour and her husband are wonderful people. They really care about their guests. They help you and they make sure by messaging that you are all right. F.eks. helped Nour us to by train tickets- and the day after we left, she wrote to make sure, that everything was fine. The atmosphere in the Riad is so friendly og with a lot of humour. And the breakfast was excellent- with fresh fruit pancakes, cheese, jam and honey. Coffee and tea as much as you want. The best Riad in Fes!

I can definitely say that my stay at this riad was the best during my trip to Morocco! The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. There was also a heater, so it was warm even in the chilly mornings and evenings. I don't understand why Booking.com has such a low rating for Wi-Fi! Each room has an internet LAN cable, so my phone and laptop both worked well, and I was able to enjoy YouTube, Netflix, and other free time activities! I am also grateful to Salah and his wife, who run the accommodation, speaks English well, for their kindness and hospitality, and to the person who prepared a hearty breakfast every morning. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Fez 😊😍

Everything was perfect. I booked the Oud room. It was as pictured. The bed was comfortable. The bath tub worked well. The room was clean and spacious. The riad overall was as pictured. The Terrace was lovely with a great view (they also have solar panels!!). The breakfast was good. The staff were very welcoming and kind.

This place was perfect for our 3 night stay, great location on the fringe of the medina so easy for taxi in and out of the new city. Our room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great as well as the staff being friendly and very helpful. would defiantly recommend this Riad.
