Breakfast variety If there was one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. While perfectly adequate, we found it to be a bit average with not much variety, staying largely the same throughout our six-day stay. A bit more rotation in the offerings would certainly enhance the morning experience.

Our recent stay at Casa Sophia, a traditional Riad in Marrakech, was truly delightful! Its prime location, just a five-minute walk from the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square, allowed us to easily soak in the city's vibrant energy while offering a peaceful and authentic retreat. The room itself was lovely and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable sanctuary after busy days of exploring. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of Sidi Ali. Sidi Ali is genuinely amazing – a real gem of a guy! He was incredibly caring, considerate, and knowledgeable, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. His helpful insights and genuine warmth were deeply appreciated, adding immense value to our time at Casa Sophia. We wholeheartedly recommend Casa Sophia for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and especially for the incredible service provided by individuals like Sidi Ali. He perfectly embodies the warmth and hospitality that makes Marrakech so special!

Very homey and traditional place, can’t say enough good things about it. So cute and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was above and beyond and really made the place what it was! Can’t say enough good things about the staff, they were so kind and friendly. This riad definitely made my trip to Morocco the best ever and I am so sad to leave. Location was perfect! It was clean also!

The location was super close to the main square. The staff meet us from the taxi to show us the way to the accommodation. The staff gave us tips and tricks before we went out exploring.

The bed was firm, but comes down to personal preference.

The receptionist was fantastic, his customer service was excellent, he even went out of his way to prepare us a packed breakfast for our morning tour. The riad is beautifully decorated and had a inviting cosy feel. The breakfast was delicious!

Bathroom is a wet room, doesn’t drain well, beds are average for comfort!

This was a super Riad, very central to the square and easy to find. We had an extremely welcoming arrival, Ali could not have been more helpful - nothing was a problem. He also spoke super English. The rooms are comfortable and quaint, breakfast was nice - just a lovely experience.

Clean and comfy rooms in an excellent location. What was the best though was Ali! Such a kind and nice person, he made our stay even more unforgettable. He accommodated all our request with no issues and in general he was the soul of the place... thank you Ali :)

Its in a very narrow alley a bit far from the main street and at night its very dark and a bit scary. It feels a bit claustrophobic.

The bathroom was okay, but could be improved to make staying here perfect.

The staff welcomed us with tea and a lot of information and tips about the surroundings. During our whole stay the staff was incredibly helpful, from doing a small laundry for us to preparing us a small take away breakfast on the day we needed to leave early. The location was perfect, very central, but still in a quiet back street.

The rooms are not very spacious, and sound travels easily, both from other rooms and outside.

I had an amazing experience staying at Riad Casa Sophia! The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, making it super easy to explore Marrakech Medina on foot. Despite being so central, the riad is quiet and peaceful, offering a relaxing escape from the busy streets. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, giving us great recommendations and helping us navigate the city. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our trip.

Some signeage would be useful because there wifi is often unreliable in the medina so we weren't able to find it easily the first time.

We liked that it's centrally located, the room was true to the pictures and comfortable, but most of all, the staff was amazing and very helpful.

This cozy guest house is located down a quiet alley in the medina. The decor was very calming and everything was very clean. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again - highly recommend.

This riad is run by very kind and helpful people. I'm not sure if they upgraded us but we ended up in a nicer room for a cheaper price than in other riads.

Hard to find- Google maps are no help. Some fixtures tired. Poor WiFi signal on top floor.
