Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MoroccoThe bathroom was getting dirty really quick, it would have been nice if we could have something to clean it. But appart from that, the Riad is very worth it and budget friendly!
The terrace was very nice, as well as the decorations! The staff is very nice !

United KingdomIt would be helpful if the location had a sign with the name of the hotel as we got lost trying to find it. The rooms are all connected to the common areas so you can potentially hear people while inside your room.
Clean beds, sizable room, nice terraced common area, close to the main square.

Polandno signs outside the riad, I had to ask the neighbors. Since there was one person serving in another place, I had to contact him standing in front of the closed door. Fortunately, he arrived quickly on a motorbike.
comfortable bed, quiet street, small terrace on the roof, helpful hotel staff with very good English.

SwitzerlandIt's a bit tricky getting to the riad, I would definitely recommend getting the pickup at the airport option. You definitely shouldn't be alone in the streets in the night.
The room was very spacious, the staff really, really friendly and the breakfast was also quite good (although served a bit late)

SpainThe way the beds are equipped could be improved. I found it inconvenient that only a thick blanket was provided, but there was no separate sheet for underneath. This meant the blanket was in direct contact with the body, which gave a feeling of being unhygienic, as it’s hard to imagine that the blanket is thoroughly washed after every guest. By the way, it’s worth oiling the door hinges to avoid the squeaking of the metal. Additionally, a small sign could be placed on the terrace indicating that it is closed after 8:00 p.m. to ensure peace and quiet for the guests.
The young and very helpful manager, Mohamed, was always available and attentive. WhatsApp messages were answered promptly, and he took all our concerns seriously, providing effective solutions every time.

LithuaniaMy reservation said i have free airport pickup, but it never happened. Did ask, said it's paid. Was cheap accomodation, so i didn't expect that, though misleading. Also breakfast also never been provided nor mentioned.
We did like the area and the room itself, it was very quiet place compared to the other ones stayed before. Pretty clean, shared bathroom but nearby. Rooftop.

SpainIt was a bit hard to find since Google maps didn't show properly how to get there and you have to go through some narrow streets looking around until someone is nice enough to show you the way or you get lucky and find it. It was a bit noisy at night with people coming and going with their motorbikes during the night or people talking outside. But that might be very common in any other riad so I would just recommend some earplugs.
The riad was very close to the main square and the shops, and also to the pickup points of the activities we booked and from the public transportation. It was very clean and comfortable, they were very nice and the breakfast was great. If you want a cheap place to stay so you can visit Marrakech from and will only come back to sleep then this is a good place.
