Everything was excellent at the Riad. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Mahdi was especially professional 😉). The place was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this Riad.

Airconditioner in the day time was not cooling enough, could be better, There is a pool, but quite deep, only for those who know how to swim No bins in the room, just 1 in toilet Limited tv channles as most were not working

Excellent front desk staff. Shout out to Ashraf who was amazing. Unique and authentic traditional architecture. Decent room size Ideal location Breakfast was nice, buffet style, will give 7/10

the pool is very small and it is difficult to assess if the water is clean because of the blue light that is projected on it: we suspect water was not very clean

The swimming pool looks big in the picture but small but its a Riad so cant really say anything. The rooftop was confy but the fans werent working and very hot upstairs, I couldnt really use that space as it felt like a sauna upstairs. The swimming pool was way too cold, you couldnt use it for more than 10 min....

The reception lady HAFSA, one of the sweetest person I met for a long time. She was a lovely person with a beautiful smile, she assisted in everything we needed and always helpful. She has extensive knowledge in pretty much everything. The location was brilliant and clean with big rooms.

At first, I was expecting a modern setup and did not really like the room I was given. I however spoke with the staff Hafsah and Amin and they changed it for me the following day

I like the fact that the property looked exactly like the picture. Aside from the property, what blew me away was the staff they are very detailed and attentive and helpful. I believe they really make my experience great just the way they handled everything with caution and patience.

The initial room was not cleaned properly as well as had a lot of mold in the bathroom. Thankfully after asking we were assigned another room. However the state of the bathroom was also not the best but certainly better.

The staff was super nice and helpful in addressing promptly any problems

- the room felt a bit worn down and didn’t have nice atmosphere, it was cleaned but didn’t feel clean - no windows so it felt stuffy inside and it’s dark , you don’t feel when it’s morning / day light - it can be quite loud with guests just sitting by the pool but luckily when I stayed guests were respectful and not hanging out outside late night - expensive

A driver brought us straight to the hotel from the airport but it would have been a little difficult to find if not. Some street noise at night.

There was no mucho variety in breakfast. People in other rooms were ver y noisy.

It’s an older Riad, and you can see its age but it was still very nice.

Such a lovely Riad, it was in a great location and easy to find. The staff were amazing, especially Hafzah and it was really good value for money.

Room was tired but functional good location, very near to the main square and souks.

Breakfast was poor, although there was a varied selection, nothing appeared fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only negatives we had is that it can be quite noisy with other guests but I don’t think this can really be helped - I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom is slightly run down and could do with some work but it was clean. We wouldn’t recommend the breakfast but there’s lots of nice spots around the Riad to go to instead!

This Riad is beautiful - the pool area is lovely and the spa facilities are great. I had a 30 min massage for only €25 which I think is a great deal! The front of house staff were so lovely, we really appreciate everything they did for us. The cleaners were also great!

The riad is beautiful! The location is great, especially if you just intend to have a relaxing trip. Lots of local tourist attractions nearby, the big square, palaces, museums and spas! We visited the WA Spa which was beautiful and within walking distance. Hafsa served us from check in to check out, her hospitality was refreshing! She was so polite and friendly, very helpful too! She really enhanced our stay experience, thank you to her and the rest of the staff!

There were insects in the room. Some rust in the bathroom and the room seams a bit old.

The position of the hotel is in the center close to Medina. There is a park close because the Riad has no park place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
