The street that leads to the Riad may look a bit scary the first time, but you easily get you used to it the next day, no need to worry.

As soon as you enter Riad Chams you are transported to a unique, relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Khalid, Youssef, Ali and Khaima (the beautiful cat), with their kindness and awesome hospitality make you feel completely at home. The riad is very clean and tidy, with a cozy feel and Moroccan character. The hammam bath was also an experience to remember. Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech so enjoyable and memorable!

Leaving to go back home :(

The Riad is located in the Old Medina, making it that all the main attractions in Marrakech are walking distance. They arranged our shuttle from the airport (for 15€) which served us perfectly! As soon as the shuttle drop us off at the square near the Riad, Youssef (one of the AMAZING staff) was there to take us from the square to the Riad. Now, what really made our trip special were the Staff of this Riad. Youssef and Khalid are the most welcoming and lovely hosts one can ask for!! I can’t stress this enough, as they really made our trip special. Everyone in the Riad is always available to help in any circumstances. We can only recommend this Riad to everyone who is visiting Marrakech, you won’t regret it :) P.s.: you’ll also be presented with the cuttest cat :)

Had a wonderful stay at Riad Chams Marrakech! The room was comfortable and clean, the rooftop terrace was beautiful, breakfast was great, and the place was all in all very tranquil! Khalid, Ali, Youssef, the ladies, and of course Khaima (the cat), were all so great and welcoming and made me feel safe and taken care of! They were extremely attentive and always ready to answer any questions I had! I had a room on the ground floor on the courtyard and wasn’t really bothered by any noise.

Friendly staff that also gives you good advice for sightseeing of Marrakesh. Interior is clean and beautiful. They also have a very friendly cat that is part of the staff and is the star of the show. Breakfast is great, and staff is happy to accommodate even the picky eaters like us. Location is well placed, so we didn't need taxi or public transport while staying her, as everything is reachable by foot.

The road itself is located on the outside of the medina, in a rather calm neighbourhood. To reach it you have to go through a slightly sketchy alley, but in the end it’s all safe luminated!

The riad was beautiful and clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Youssef even guided us to the airport taxi in the middle of the night.

the neighbour has a rooster that makes a racket roughly every twenty minutes from 7am onwards. also, multiple switches/plugs in room didn't work. and no protein for breakfast :(

Great location and easy to get to the main center. The guys were really warm and helpful and made our stay memorable. Truly the hospitality you would expect from the people of Morocco. From waking up early to get us breakfast to arranging activities and even dropping us off to the taxi stand. Can’t ask more

The dimly lit and low-ceiling alleyway leading to the riad is a negative. However, it felt safe all the time. There was a rooster living on the top floor of the next house - quite noisy in the early mornings.

The location and the friendly attitude of the staff are the main attractions of the Riad Chams. In other respects it seems like a typical riad in Marrakech.

The staff here was amazingly helpful, kind, friendly. Youssef, in particular, was wonderful but everyone was, as they like to say, “family”. Also, the private hammam was the highlight of my stay.
