I had a room with a window to the narrow street which could sometimes get noisy, even at night. But nothing that a pair of earplugs cannot block.

Everything! Just like my summer days, it literally felt like an oasis in the middle of the chaotic Marrakech! Hamid was super helpful and friendly and enriched my solo travel experience by a lot. Will definitely return here whenever I will be back in Morocco.

The staff were so friendly and helpful here. I only stayed one night but they were really informative and made me feel safe as a solo traveller. Usama and Mohammed 1 were brilliant in helping me and recommending places to eat and see. Thank you so much for making my Marrakech trip comfortable. Really cute pet tortoises too!

They do not have a hammam you can use on your own for free. Just before staying here I was at another riad next door that had a riad their guests could use for free at any hour… breakfast is an up charge. I had a single room as a solo traveler and the room was very tiny. The room was so small that I couldn’t fully open my large sized suitcase. There was no free refreshments. Typically a hotel or riad offers free water, tea and coffee. This riad charges for everything…

Beautiful and colorful interior design. Cool rooftop with lots of different areas to relax and lounge and find your own space up there for privacy. Fantastic location in the Medina. Close to everything yet nice and quiet inside.

The bed mattress was a bit lumpy, could have been more comfortable.

About a 10 mins walk to the Riad from the main road as cars are not allowed in the old Medina. It did not bother us, but bear in mind there is a bit of a walk to get to it, like any other riads in the old Medina.

We stayed 6 days in the Riad. It is located in the old Medina, but away from the hustle and bustle of Jema El Efna. It has a beautiful little pool to keep cool during the hot days. It also has a few day beds on the roof to watch the sunset or to just chill. The staff were so lovely and helpful, they gave us a lot of recommendations for attractions and also where to eat and to change money etc. There are also 4 little turtles walking around by the pool during the day. We absolutely loved our stay in the Riad and will definitely come back when we are back in Marrakech.

I have nothing bad to say about this place, it greatly exceeded expectations and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. There is nothing that could have been done better, the stay was perfect!

The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met at a hotel. I felt more like I was staying at someones house than a business. The hospitality they showed me was unparalleled with anything I've experienced before. I desperately needed a place to stay for a few hours while I waited for my early morning flight and they took me in like I was family. It's something I'll never forget. If I'm ever in Marrakech again I will absolutely stay here again!

Good breakfast & plenty of it. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Peaceful location, yet so close to the heart of the medina. We loved the different seating areas on the rooftop. Would highly recommend this riad.

Poor wi-fi

A wonderful riad, friendly and accommodating staff; comfortable traditional room with private terrace…I particularly liked the interior design, the attention to details as regards the decorative objects and furniture, although on arrival I got a feeling of a ‘cold’ yard (yet beautiful architecture); stunning view of Marrakesh from the superb terrace; fabulous lunch served on the top terrace, a real gem!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Riad Chorfa. Normally, we wouldn't spend so much time in our Riad, as it's best to get out an explore but we couldn't wait to get back and pass time there. The service was amazing, the staff wanted to help us with anything we needed and they even made a birthday cake and brought it up to us on the terrace.
