My room did not have a window for fresh air, I’m not sure if this is the case with other rooms.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming – I truly felt at home. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable means everything, and this place exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect – very central and walkable to everything I wanted to see. I felt completely safe exploring the area on foot. If I ever come back to Riyadh, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The staff were extremely helpful for everything.. they have been proactively helping us even before we arrived at the Riad. The Riad's location is perfect. You can reach everything in Old Media within 10 minute walk. The rooms are nice and clean, and they serve really good breakfast. And they are also kind to their cats and stray animals.

Staff was so kind, location is very close to the old town and it is easy to get around on foot. Breakfast was amazing and the house cats were very cute! Great value, would definitely stay again.

I wish the internet in general was better. It was entirely non functional on the top level where we were staying. The terrance WiFi works on the terrace but not in the room. None of our devices had internet.

The room could have been slightly bigger (and the bed slightly wider than 140cm), but there was no surprise compared to the description on the Booking.com. There's nothing to criticise, otherwise :-)

We received a very warm welcome in the riad and lots of useful tips not only about Marrakech but also Marocco and practical tips. The location of riad is very central, close to the main square, yet isolated from the noise of the city. Breakfast was rich, with fruits and yoghurt. The room was cozy, yet very clean and well equipped, including the electric cettle. There is a nice terrace on the rooftop with a view on the mountains.

Riad dar chadia was an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marakech. Perfect location for all attractions. Said and Coralie could not have done enough for us. They were the perfect hosts, beautiful Moroccan breakfast every morning, and organising beer and wine on their rooftop for us at evening time. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to marvellous Marakech. I would highly recommend it.

Riad Dar Chadia was a pleasure to base our holiday in Marrakech. We stayed 8 nights to allow for a desert trip and just exploring the crazy world of the medina. Location was very central. I’m a wheelchair user and it was possible, even though there was the odd step, as I had someone with me. The peaceful inside area was given entertainment by two cats. On the top floor the patio offered sun and a lovely view. Said and Coralie were always really helpful and made you feel at home. Breakfasts were great.

The Riad provides breakfast and excellent coffee ; however we did not receive any protein ( egg dishes ) or fresh fruit …. This should not dissuade anyone from staying here !

The owners / employees of the Riad were absolutely fabulous, arranging transport from the airport , showing us around and connecting/making sure we made our tour ! The Riad is cozy , very centrally located and the staff made our stay outstanding !

We liked everything.

We booked 2 rooms and we had a very pleasant experience from the first minute we walked in. The owner is a very nice French lady and the two brothers in charge were always at our service. They helped us with the reservations for dinner.Sorry I don’t know the names. The room upstairs was very big and comfortable and the one downstairs was smaller but clean and comfortable. The bed is good,we had a good night sleep. Breakfast delicious morrocon pastries,tea,coffee,honey,cheese.The cats are adorable and all together the Riad is full of great energy. In the last day we had a very late flight and they were so kind to let us keep one room at no extra charge.They also arranged our airport pick up and drop off We will definitely choose this Riad next time we will visit Marrakech.Many thanks🙏

not much to dislike. the shower takes a while to get warm, but once you know that it's all good. it's a very nice place!

This is a lovely place, ideally located. Said and Coralie could not be nicer. they arranged an airport transfer for us and then Said came to collect us from the parking spot. The room was lovely and big and the bed very comfortable. the breakfast was plenty and very nice. The riad is within a few minutes walk of most tourist attractions, but still quiet at night. They also helped us determine the right prices for rugs and they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us when we needed to leave early. would absolutely stay again.

Great location for sure, walking distance to Jemaa el-Finaa and any attraction places neaby from there. Said was very helpful, accommodating our needs during our stay. Cat lovers would love their in house cats!

The wifi was exceptionally weak other than one little corner of my room. I was on the top floor so maybe that's why. It kept dropping off.

Love how it's on a little hidden street just steps from the Medina. Adorable room with stars in my ceiling! Super comfy bed too! They gage me a very warm welcome and I love the resident kitties!
