Hello, Thank you for your review. It is a good opportunity for us to make our riad better. You were staying only for one night. You did come in the evening and went in the early morning. We are 1 minute away from the most important in marrakech( place jamaa el fna). You need to use the gps to find us!!!! When you made the booking we sent you the location and we tried our best to make you know that if you cannot find the riad, please try to join "the cafe adresse" as a landmark in the main square and then call us or send a message. But you havemany problems communicating with other people. The water is hot all the time, but you need to open it for a while so that it become hot. The bed is clean all the time, we clean the room everyday. we have tables outside the room if you want to eat so that you can keep your room clean. there are no bed bugs in the room. The bathroom was flooded maybe because you blocked it. You do not know how to use our bathroom. To sum up, Maybe you were expecting to stay in a hotel, but we are a traditional riad in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech near the main square. We are sorry, we are not a hotel. If you are looking for a family authentic house with special Morrocan archetecture, family atmosphere with smiles and white heart; sunny terace with panoramic view on the koutoubia and old medina; and a traditional hammam and spa treatments, this is the right place. If not, please do not come, and try to find hotels in the new part of the city. We do not want unsatisfied guests. Thank you for understanding.
