The bedding was quite clean, but the pillows and mattress weren’t very comfortable. It would be great if they could be improved.

I really didn’t enjoy staying in the media and being so close to the chaos. However, we did realise that most of the riads were situated in a similar location so this is not a con of Road dar More in particular.

The staff were so lovely! And the breakfast was exceptional! It was in a very convenient location, close to the popular Dar Dar restaurant and the famous spice souk.

Facilities could do its some enhancements such as more rails for hand towel and body towels. Adding usb sockets around the bed area for mobiles. Adding a safe box would give some tourist some reassurance.

Location is perfect and is close to many landmarks while nicely hidden away from the soukes. Very cozy room and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Best introductory mint tea on arrival.

The room size is a bit small for 2 guests to open their luggages. A guy, who’s not really working in the riad, was sent to pick me up from the closest parking point. It was a 5 minutes walk and I had only one piece of luggage of 13kg. When we arrived, I gave him 2 euros for tips. He said : this is nothing, give me 5 euros. I felt very uncomfortable.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly and approachable. Karim was especially helpful and knowledgeable when asking questions about the local area. Beautiful breakfasts each morning.

The only one thing I did not like was the hot water. The first room we stayed had a small hot water tank, not enough for one person to shower, not to mention 2. But staff was great and helped us switch rooms after. Also, rooms on the ground floor don't have windows pointing outside, only inside the Riad so not really possible to air out the room

The location is in walking distance to every major attraction, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating, everything was clean and cozy

Definetly recommend this riad. The room were very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were so friendly and always there to help. Very good breakfast. One of the days we had a tour booked early and they prepared the breakfast earlier for us. Once you find the riad and get used to the small narrow streets its the perfect location.

Room could have been a little bigger

Peacefulness and lovely staff the room was smaller than expected though still very comfortable. The roof terrace was very comfortable and relaxing after a morning & afternoon exploring Marrakech. Would definitely recommend

The ground floor bedrooms had hot water shortage which is being addressed by the riad owners; for our family they offered the other unoccupied room bathroom to shower there! The riad is in a part of the Medina which is not on Apple Maps so getting there was a little bit difficult but not a big deal at all The bathroom had shampoo and bodywash. Riad should have different hand soap/ wash and lotion too These are all minor

Everything from the welcome until our departure. The staff were so helpful and made us feel very welcome, they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect, a short 10 minute walk to the square. The property is beautiful and every attention to detail has been considered. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We had an excellent breakfast and the WiFi was very stable, even in the rooms. Would highly recommend and totally understand how the property receives the high standard of reviews.
