Good room, staff and overall facilities.

In the emails I got through booking and the riad it said I could have dinner and lunch but when I asked staff then it was not possible.

Very friendly staff supported with smiling faces,

It was a lovely authentic accommodation, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The interior is well designed with a modern twist to its Morrocon feel.

Bedrooms could have been hoovered atleast once or twice during our one week stay.

Super friendly staff, whenever we requested for something it would be given to us easily. They prioritised our comfort over anyone. Souks and Taxi are very close to the Riad. We went to the swimming pool in the daytime, the owner was so nice and generous he turned on the lights and facilities for us

There was slight language barrier with english but we used google translate but overall I didn’t have any issue with anything. Highly recommend the Riad

Beautiful Riad and the host and the other people working there were very nice and helpful :) the riad was in the medina but it was so quiet and peaceful and the room was very nice.

The place is great, the breakfast was really nice, a bit redundant but was worthy. The staff is really nice and the pool and rooftop are really peaceful.

The location, a bit feeling unsafe in the area especially at night and also lack of indication of the place location at first when we arrived if a local didn’t told us where it was located we would’ve searched for a while. Also some cockroaches where present in the room at night if we didn’t turned on the ac but it’s the city center we can’t do much I guess

Beautiful Riad, spacious, lots of lovely areas to mill around in. 4 floors, lovely rooftop views. Beautiful big and cosy room. Lovely authentic and homely decor. Really friendly and considerate staff. Quiet considering it was in the medina (just inside of), we were grateful for the location being outside of the business, but a fun walk into the centre.

Very nice place, very clean and confortable.

The property was ok. The rooms were adjoining with bathroom between, perfect for us. OJ was good. We loved the tortoise!

The property was in a hard to find, run down location. Google doesn’t like the Medina so use a different app! At least half hour walk to get anywhere interesting. The only person who spoke English was hardly there, and uninterested in our queries. Breakfast was boring and repetitive. Bread butter and jam. Pancake and tiny bowl of fruit. Very strong coffee but lovely OJ. We would not stay again.

Fantastic location and breakfast.

The bathroom walls were a little stained, other than that it was excellent!

Wonderful healthy fresh breakfasts and kind staff. The room was authentically delightful. The staff gave us anything requested and stayed up very late for our late check-in and offered an early breakfast for when we departed.

The calm inside

The Riad was good value for money. Very pretty from the inside. It also had a spa but unfortunately the massage lady was not available the day I was free.

The location is a bit shady. In the day it’s fine but during the night the walk back to the Riad can be a bit scary. The breakfast was just okay.

Very original and beautiful property

The host was rude when enquiring about breakfast and checkout. He seemed upset we didn’t get airport shuttle to leave. Shame because everyone else was wonderful.

The Riad was placed nicely I think, away from the hustle and bustle! The staff were attentive and lovely, was a slight language barrier but we managed to get the info we needed

I maybe would recommend booking the spa facilities elsewhere
