The WiFi did not work so I couldn't work online and run my business whilst in the property. The property also had an ant infestation that swarmed all the food I bought to eat. I also saw a few cockroaches

WiFi didn't work and ant infestation

Every room has their bathroom it was great as a group and every room has AC so very well equipped

The hot water was very limited so we had to take cold showers and during our stay kitchen sink leaked so we had to clean the mess

Wonderful apartment, big and clean, with a spectacular roof terrace. The complex is very beautiful, safe and convenient, pool is big. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for people who are traveling by car, because you can leave your car there and walk to the city on foot.

Some of the mattresses are quite hard.

Great property. Lovely decor - a mixture of modernity and traditional taste. Prompt communication. Convenient location. Very good facilities within the Riad as well as in the 'tourist village' where the Road is located. 10/10

I like that the property was spacious. We had 2 bedrooms 2 living rooms kitchen and terrasse. The place was clean and safe in a nice residance area. Very good location yet dificult to be identified on google maps - you can locate it by “Résidence alqaria assiyahiya”

The place was very very cold. One of the bedrooms had no windows. The electricity would go out if the AC and radiator were on and you’d make a shower and the boiler would run. We booked the place fore a week and we had to ask for new towels and we have been even advised to wash ourselves the towels we got initially. There was a very bad sewege smell in one of the bedrooms… at least the bad smell was in the bedroom that had a window 😂.

Specious riad with rooftop terrace in quiet and safe location, within walking distance from Medina. Plenty of convenience stores and cafes around.

The WIFI is quite slow when multiple devices are connected.

The riad is a huge Marrocan style house (vertically place over 4 floors), ideal to up to 6 persons. Good beds, decent bathrooms (2 + guest wc). No breakfast included, but small food shops and restaurants some 50-100m away. Safe area, no traffic, loads of space, terrace on the top (for smokers). Very nice host, Amin, speaks good English. Very good value for money, especially if you are 2 couples (each bedroom with a bath). Nice to know there are pools available, but we did not use them 😀. The kitchen has fridge and all other equipment you might need for breakfast. Clean, good towels.

If you do not like walking, you need transportation to the most important attractions (min 70 dirhams), taxis wait by the gate all the time. The riad is not build perfectly, but for our use was ok, we felt the Marrocan style of leaving. This is not a hotel, so no cleaning during stay.

Location, gated community, good cafes in community.

2 out of 3 bathrooms are smaller.

The riad was beautifully decorated and stunning to stay in. The host was very friendly and helpful

Pool was closed on Fridays due to being next to the mosque, food places inside the establishment were very poor quality but the supermarket shops and pharmacy were great

Location was in a tourist complex with restaurants (really cafes) and a pool. Security guarded and quiet it was a very nice immediate area. The riad was superb, laid out nicely, everything you would need to look after yourself and with a pleasant roof terrace. Free WiFi, TV with many channels and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Helpful host with excellent English.

The only real criticism is the electrics. The lamps in the second bedroom were very dodgy and blew the electrics, which was easily sorted and our host could not have been more helpful. I get the impression that the electrical stuff here is like that generally.

    The accomodation was great!

After we make the booking we had to pay €40 more at arrival. That was a surprise we didnt like.

    Property response:

Hi, your discomfort is understandable and we are sorry that you experienced it this way. However, the tourist taxes are detailed and reminded at each step of the booking process on the website/app (even before the payment). We hope regardless this, everything was fine during your stay. Regards.

Beautifull, very clean, huge space! Typical riad with a lot of details all around. Nice pools for a hot days. Its located in closed and well secured “tourist zone”. Its not just you fell absolutely safe, but you have everything you could need inside, shops, restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy. Location is great, entrance to Medina is right across the street and also Bahia Palace or Jardin Majorelle can be reached by walking. Not to forget great host Amin, very responsive and ready to help. Definitely recommend!

    Everything was perfect.
