There wasn’t always hot water and the bedsheets had stains on some of them.

The property was great value for money. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The terrace was the highlight, wonderful view and lovely sun in the morning.

Showerhead was broken so it couldnt stay upright. But it was still possible to shower so it didn't really bother us.

The location is great just in the heart of medina city. The place has everything one needs. Muhammed was really kind and friendly. He was so kind to accompany me to the taxi on my last day at 4 am. I definitely recommend the place.

Some of the showers in the riad didn't warm up

Our host Mohamed was very helpful and kind, he was very accommodating and more than happy to help out. The location was fantastic too as you're only a few minutes walk away from Medersa Ben Youseff. Overall if you're looking for an affordable few nights right in the thick of it then this is a place to go!

I stayed in a room without a window and it was super hot. Had to sleep with a door opened. Noisy at night from motorbikes outside. The room needs storage.

Location - situated in a convenient and accessible area that made Marrakesh easy to explore. Cleanliness. Nice common area between two rooms and roof terrace. Staff. Mohammed was the best. Thank you.

When I returned to the property one night, there was a bird sitting on one of the door frames, but other than that I had no problems with cleanliness.

The manager was very nice. My plane got in very late and he was willing to meet me and guide me to the property. Also the space was very homely and in a good location.

It would be nice if they could add more gel shower in the bathroom and also fix the shower head handle.

I like how clean the Riad was, and the host was friendly too. The rooftop has a pretty nice view, which I didn't expect, and it has a cool room, too.

- It is NOT a Riad. It is a Dar. Don't expect an internal patio, let alone a garden. - I thought it would be fixed after past reviews, but the smell was bad in the showers/toilets ( which are shared), at least in the second floor. Also the WC was leaking water. - Kitchen's floor was sticky. Could be more a fault of whom used it the last day, but I don't know.

- Wi-Fi was good - Location is great if you want to experience the Medina

Only one small thing, the terrace chairs would be way more comfy with some cushions. The hard metal is very uncomfortable and makes it hard to sit.

The room was so quiet, and the bed was so soft. It was the best we slept in ages. The staff was super nice. They cleaned all the time. The terrace view was nice, the kitchen was great. The place was so calm.

Most beds were comfy and clean. We had too rooms at the roof terrace which we didn’t really expect. Thankfully not party people up there at night. Toilet and separate shower also on roof. Sink downstairs. Great location and very nice staff.

Our stay in Marrakech at Dar Zarbia was very pleasent, the location of the accomodation is perfect and the view from the terrase is stunning! We could also use the kitchen to prepare tea and coffee. Our host also helped us to get from the airport to his house and explained us everything about the city. We recomend 100%!

The landlord is very friendly, and even when we ordered on the wrong date, they still let us check in and enjoy the good room. The landlord is also accommodating and provides various help. The room is very clean and new. Everything is in good condition. Even though the kitchen and bathroom are shared, they are all clean.
