Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ItalyIt wasn’t as comfortable as I expected this time. You can clearly hear the noise from people in the eating area, which makes it hard to relax. The staff also seemed a bit confused and not as attentive as during my previous visit — for example, when I asked for a towel, the boy initially brought me one that was clearly dirty. The bathroom design also isn’t very practical, as the open shower causes water to get everywhere. This was my second time staying here and unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing compared to my first visit, especially since the staff is not the same anymore.
Nice riad in an excellent location right in the medina and the room was very clean with a nice bathroom.

United KingdomI received no reply for 4 days about airport transfer. Eventually they sent a message to say they have booked it. But by the time I have booked my own, yet they went ahead. I had to ask my taxi driver to call their taxi driver to cancel it. it was a bit of a mess with their communication through booking.com.
The Riad is beautiful with a small jacuzzi plunge pool at the ground floor which I didn't use as it is still rather cold. There is a connected Riad as part of the same hotel, which is less beautiful as this main one. But both well clean with nice vibes. The location is wonderful, many choices of restaurants nearby and 5 minutes walk to he

United KingdomMinimal minor points on shower water pressure and some dampness smell in one of our rooms.
Riad Dialna is located in the middle of the medina, in an area without cars, so you will reach it on foot. The staff is present all day and is extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits on our arrival. The rooms are cleaned every day, you can lock your room with individual lockers provided. The breakfast is amazing, good coffee, warm milk or tea, orange juice, nutella pancakes, warm breads, cream cheese and jam. They accept bank transfer as payment or cash. There are communal areas to sit and relax.

ChinaThis is not a complain to the Riad staff or owner, still a few points to highlight so that guests do not get surprised: - the nature of a Riad makes that the rooms open on the inside courtyard.l, where guest will meet, have breakfast and have conversations. This makes that the rooms are more noisy then an hotel room. Price to pay for the charm of the Riad. - as the Riad is at the heart of the old medina, the last 300 to 500 m of the airport or station transit is on foot. Remember that and do not get surprised when the taxi suddenly drops you with little warning. It is always the case and taxi drivers could let you o ow on advance. But they will most probably not. Again, not a problem of the Riad, but better know that before you arrive. - foresee a good time margin when booking taxis or transportation as timing is somewhat flexible 🤭
Great location at the heart of the old medina. 5 minutes from many restaurants and 1 min from street food. All places to visit in town are at walking distance. Quiet location in the middle of the bustling city. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Very helpful management (Yasine), who helped us from the remote location when we faced logistic issues. Beautifully decorated Riad. Great breakfast.

RomaniaThe not so good parts: - the location is hard to find, the Road is located on some narrow streets, so if you come in the nighttime, it mat be a little stressful to find it. - the rooms were cold, in December like very cold. - the staff was very nice but they did not speak very good English.
The hotel is located right in the heart of the old city center, good location for exploring the Medina. The rooms were spacious, clean and the Riad was very nice overall. The breakfast was very good, I really liked it.

SloveniaThe room in the ground floor has a bit of smell on moisture. Due to the riad concept the rooms are not so sound proof, therefore the stuff should assure that guests do not use the patio after 10 pm.
Excelent location near the main square, yet still in a very quiet street. The stuff was ultra nice and helpful. Clean and comfortable room.

United KingdomBe very careful. They only accept cash and do not provide receipts. We paid for our taxi to the airport and gave cash to the female staff. And upon arrival at airport the taxi driver demanded payment and said the hotel hadn't confirmed our payment. Thus resulting in a disagreement with the cab driver. We called the Riad and they never answered and they gave not replied to any of my messages. There appears to be sone sort of scam going on here. so be very careful of paying them or insist on a receipt.
The riad was quite hard to find upon arrival. the location is good and close to the main square. But please be aware its very close to a mosque which has prayer call at 0530 and then 0730 and its so loud I couldn't sleep afterwards. so if u like quiet do not stay here. The breakfast was OK could do with some fruit as its alll bread and jam. If u get a room on the ground floor .....unlucky as you have a window that either looks onto reception or breakfast area. the rooms higher up are much better.

United StatesThe Riad is a long (~ 15 min) walk from where taxi's can drop people off, so if you have lots of (or heavy) luggage keep that in mind.
The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The overnight host (I didn't catch his name) was super amazing! He helped fix the AC in my room and walked me to the taxi in the morning (4:30AM) when I had an early flight to catch.
