Staff super friendly and very very helpful

Wifi was very bad and had no signal at all at 1st floor :( only at the roof top

The local cleaning staff were nice, they were the only ones speaking English. I could leave my backpack after checkout. Breakfast was enough, however provided only with sweet options.

The host spoke only French. I have chosen this Riad because of the pool. After arrival seeing the pool I had no desire for it anymore and I haven’t seen anybody in it in my 3 days. Internet was not functioning in most of the time. The roof terrace is a disaster. All glass lamps were broken in my room. As I have found an empty bottle of water at my bed I am not sure the cleaning was perfect.

Nice riad in an excellent location right in the medina and the room was very clean with a nice bathroom.

It wasn’t as comfortable as I expected this time. You can clearly hear the noise from people in the eating area, which makes it hard to relax. The staff also seemed a bit confused and not as attentive as during my previous visit — for example, when I asked for a towel, the boy initially brought me one that was clearly dirty. The bathroom design also isn’t very practical, as the open shower causes water to get everywhere. This was my second time staying here and unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing compared to my first visit, especially since the staff is not the same anymore.

Rooms within the hotel makes a difference. We were fortunate and got a room at top floor with roof terrace that felt almost private. If you arrive after 22:00 hrs it can be hard to find because less people. It is inside the busy Medina, so taxi from the airport cannot take you to the door. Unless very much luggage, you can carry/rool your luggage from big market square in 5 minutes. Therefor, not far to walk and google maps take you there. Once installed, very central and walking distance to "everything". We had 4 hrs walking guide first day,- very good to get overview, fast track the museum lines and understand the codes..

Swimming pool very small and just for looks. No credit card, must pay cash.

Amazing staff, extremely comfortable beds, really good location.

Water pressure very weak.

The absolutely worst experience. The food, the customer service, the location. Plus they gave us the bill to patent last minute when we're leaving to catch a flight to say that they did not accepts card payments... where in the world a hotel doesn't accept credit or debit cards for payment. & we stayed in the Riat for 3 days & they decided to gave us the bill last minute with a bad attitude! Asked to speak to a manager or owner they said it was impossible. Had to run early in the morning & look for 30 minutes for an open place to exchange money. Unacceptable. I'll make sure I write detailed reviews everywhere so please can know.

The laundry service was exceptional 👌

I had to pay cash and there was no indication before hand that credit cards were not accepted or I wouldn't have stayed there. Also the wifi was TERRIBLE! That one thing I have to have. Because of these two things I will not be back and zI would not recommend this riad.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The riad itself is very nice building.

Our room was more like cave - dark, cold, damp and musty. It was not possible to get any fresh air and it was difficult to breathe. We had window just to the hallway with people, so we could choose no privacy or smelly air in the room. The bathroom was damp and musty as well. Unfortunately we spent there only one night.

The property was very very clean and the staff are incredibly helpful ! I recommand

The Riad is beautiful with a small jacuzzi plunge pool at the ground floor which I didn't use as it is still rather cold. There is a connected Riad as part of the same hotel, which is less beautiful as this main one. But both well clean with nice vibes. The location is wonderful, many choices of restaurants nearby and 5 minutes walk to he

I received no reply for 4 days about airport transfer. Eventually they sent a message to say they have booked it. But by the time I have booked my own, yet they went ahead. I had to ask my taxi driver to call their taxi driver to cancel it. it was a bit of a mess with their communication through booking.com.

Perfect location in Medina , staff are very nice and friendly 🙂
