This is a perfectly located Riad at the crossroads of the northern, central, and southern parts of the medina. Every major sight can be reached on foot quite easily. The Riad itself is very friendly, welcoming, calm, and laid-back. Our room was very nice and the daily cleaning was very attentive. The breakfast was great. The highlight of Riad is the staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, and nice. One of the nicest staff we ever met. We would happily stay here again when we'll be back in Marrakech.

The riad was exceptional. The staff were honest and incredibly kind. The location was within walking distance of the tourist spots. We arranged an airport pick-up through the riad, and the entire process was smooth. The room was beautiful and clean. We also booked a 3-day desert tour to Fes through the host. After comparing with other travelers in the group, we discovered that we had received the best price.

We enjoyed wonderful days in Riad Djemanna. When looking for a Riad, I was looking something with breakfast, terrace and swimming pool. This place covered all our expectations and more. From the taxi service with Ahmed, the welcome tea at late night with Hassan, the amazing service of Nordin and the everyday smiles of Halima and Khadija, I have to thank you for transforming the days in Marrakech into an unforgettable experience 💖 I would love to go back and visit the little cat Bakush again, who guided us to every corner of the Riad. Thank you for all the details and love given to this beautiful spot. It has a cool location, 15 quiet mins to Jemaa El-Fna, but you also have a shops, zocos and Restaurants with traditional food nearby.

The venue is stunning, impeccably clean, and features beautifully luxurious rooms that are both comfortable and elegant. The staff, especially Mr. Hassan, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We arrived late at 11:30 PM and were warmly welcomed with tea and biscuits. During our stay, we experienced exceptional hospitality, and on our departure day, Mr. Hassan personally prepared breakfast for us at 6:30 AM, even though it was outside their usual hours. His kindness and dedication made us feel truly cared for. The riad itself is peaceful and serene. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning here on my next trip to Marrakech!

Dinner was too expensive €50 for two people is a lot, even though it was tasty it is not worth the price, it was a cuscus that you can find in any restaurant for €9 each.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful and clean, the staff is super friendly (we love the welcome tea and biscuits). Breakfast was good and the cat/manager around was a plus, so cute, gentle and well behave.

Room lighting could be little better. And possibly air conditioning/ cooler/ fan in common areas to make it little more bearable in the heat of 42 degrees!

Beautiful place, homely and special at the same time. Lovely ambience. Staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. Our manager Abdelhadi was very helpful and helped in planning lot of activities. Food was amazing... Chef did a brilliant job with the tagines. Location was also very central and accessible.

The rooms smelled a bit musty/mouldy (from water presumably) but when you had the air con on you didn’t notice this.

If you are looking for the review to sell you on this place, it’s this one. I could not recommend this Riad more, it is absolutely fantastic in every way possible. The venue itself is beautiful, and so so clean. It is very well situated, with the old Medina and all the souk’s at your doorstep. The breakfast was delicious, our room was cleaned daily and overall, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after during our stay. Namely, Nourdine was so attentive and Hassan was also fantastic. Communication between us and the Riad owner, Abdelhadi, was so easy and quick. Abdelhadi organised our transport from the airport to the Riad. We were given tea and biscuits upon arrival, then shown our beautiful room which was so clean and spacious. Every morning, the staff prepared a delicious breakfast for us which we had on the rooftop overlooking the medina. Nourdine gave us tips and tricks for navigating Marrakech. Overall, we were made to feel so at home and calm, especially given that we were two young females nervous about solo travelling.

The water pressure in the showers was quite low
