Where to start! This Riad was absolutely incredible. From the moment we stepped in it felt like home. Our hosts (Simo and Youssef) went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They were so attentive and kind throughout our stay. Everything felt so personal and luxury. The breakfast spread was fantastic and we would highly recommend eating dinner at the Riad. In fact, the food at the Riad was much nicer than the restaurants. The ambiance and atmosphere was beautiful and the food was all made with fresh ingredients and love and care. The rooftop pool was a highlight and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing around the Riad. Thank you for an incredible and unforgettable experience!

This riad is very beautiful, our favorite that we've stayed at in Marrakesh! We came back twice. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious, and the outdoor seating areas and pool are great. The breakfast was excellent. Most importantly the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, in particular Simo.

Nothing - amazing place.

This Riad is incredible- I would highly recommend it to anyone! The only very minor negative to this amazing Riad the was location- but this is really minor as it was only a 10 -15 minute walk into the centre and it would not stop me booking this Riad again as everything else was AMAZING! The staff- Simon, Yousef and Mohammad were the best hosts- so helpful, kind and friendly - nothing was too much effort and they were ready and available 24 hrs a day! They have a what’s app number which they respond quickly to! The food - both breakfasts and dinner - were delicious. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and the facilities around the Riad were clean and well maintained. Thank you so much!

We were in the Ground Floor Fountain Room which didn’t get any natural light, this was okay but some lighting around the mirror for makeup would’ve been perfect, apart from that - everything was wonderful

The Riad was so peaceful and beautiful. It’s amazing how different it is compared to the area its in, full of noise. The smells and coolness of the Riad when you walked in were amazing every time we came back from being out. Incredible

The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time - gave recommendations of what to do, sorted an early breakfast for us, told us about how the food was sourced and prepared, sorted taxis etc and they were so friendly! The hotel itself is a lovely, calm oasis in the medina - it’s the perfect place to escape. The room is large and cool and the rooftop pool is ideal after a day in the souks or an excursion. Really recommend having dinner on the rooftop - the food is homemade and it is a lovely location for dinner.

The Riad itself is beautiful, lovely rooftop pool for cooling off in after a day exploring. The hotel is spotless and the lady that cleans it never stops! The staff are what really make this place. They couldn’t be more helpful, organising taxis, making thyme tea for one of the group when they became unwell and so on. Breakfast was lovely and they also organised a cake for breakfast one morning for a birthday we were celebrating. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk into the main square and souks. It is worth noting that you won’t be able to get dropped out right outside the door so bear that in mind you will have to walk with your luggage. This is common for most Riad’s due to how they are located in the narrow streets of the medina.

The staff at Riad Livia were simply incredible - they went well out of their way to make our stay effortless and special. The hotel itself is charming and thoughtfully decorated, with a beautiful rooftop terrasse. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location, stunning property, unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. Everyone consistently goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We booked a nonrefundable stay and when Wizz air changed our flights, the riad immediately refunded us the night we lost without us even asking. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a dream. We booked the El Ciel room, which opens directly onto the roof, and loved the convenience of being right by the pool.

In my opinion absolutely nothing to dislike at all..

Booked for my partners 60th birthday celebration and from the minute we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the staff..the Riad is such a calming tranquil environment and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable..the rooftop terrace is a beautiful place to relax after a day out around the souks of marrakech..so peaceful...but the absolute stars of the accommodation are mohamed..jusef and Simo who are the staff..they go well above and beyond..I.you forget your on holiday and it's almost like your staying with friend..Will definitely be back and thank you..

Fabulous riad! Second time in Marrakech and so glad we stayed here. The staff were brilliant! We stayed in the room on the top floor which was lovely to walk out to in the morning. The pool was an added bonus! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

The location is by a very busy road, so be prepared to dodge motorbikes. There was also no alcohol at the property but this could have just been because of Ramadan.

Some people may not appreciate the fact you cannot get a taxi to the front door of the Riad, however in the old city of Marrakesh this is the norm. It is part of the culture and the staff were always on hand to assist.

An oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling old city. This is a beautiful Riad with excellent rooms, food and facilities. What really makes it stand out is that the staff are fantastic and they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

breakfast pancakes were not the best and at other riads they don’t limit you to 1 pancake per person for breakfast. If you ask staff to help you organise something remember to haggle. One of them tried to sell me a week holiday travelling around quoting 1,500 euros when the driver I had been using quoted 1,000 euros for the exact same thing!

Property was great, well maintained and is a short walk from the main square.

We should have booked a transfer taxi with hotel- that way we would have been met in the square and finding it in the dark would have been easier.
