Could have been more modern, short doorways - but for such a great price, can't expect more.

Amina is a great host. The apartment is in a great location in the riads. If you follow the google maps location, you will find it easily. The apartment is small but clean and amazing value for money. She provided a fan which was lovely.

Simple accomodation to explore Marrakech medina
    • Leisure trip

    • Economy Twin Room

The room is dark and you cannot really open any window so it lacks ventilation and since it is tiny, when you shower it becomes very humid, but that is how the buildings in medina simply are. It is also quite noisy so it might be a problem for some people who have a very light sleep. This however depends on other travellers' behaviour. Only 1 super tiny trashcan in the bathroom.

We really liked the location and the terrace. We liked that there was a little kitchen with a fridge where you could put your stuff. The water was very hot anytime we used it. Keep in mind it is really in the heart of medina so you cannot arrive there by car or taxi, you have to walk at least 5-10 minutes from the closest spot where taxi can leave you.

The bathroom can be improved and a bit of mainteinance would be beneficial, since some part of the shower was broken and poorly fixed.

Nice riad located in the heart of the medina, just 5 minutes walking to square Jemaa el Fna. The room is quite basic, but has everything you need and the bed was comfortable. At night is quiet since the room was facing a small alley, so you can have a good sleep. The owner Amina is fantastic: she's a very funny lady, nice and very helpful.

    Every thing was great.

The riad is located in an excellent location. Amina who welcomed me was very very nice and helpful. The property ticked all the boxes and the roof top had a lovely view. I would come back at Riad El Boukhiri and i can recommend with no hesitation.

    * The bathroom serving as a shower room and toilet was a bit tricky to use

    * Amazing location in the heart of medina but easy to find * Helpful host * Rooftop tarrace - the call for prayers from surrounding minarets is quite an experience - especially when heard for the first time

Adina y Abdol where the best hosts, uper friendly and helpful and even taught us how to make tea! Also the rooms where very quiet and its a mall hotel with only 4/5 rooms and at night everyone would sit together on the roof terrace and talk so we got to meet many nice people.

Had to wait 30 mins to get in as number on booking.com didn't answer. And there were multiple number on door. I rang one that didn't answer. The madness of Medina is a bit intense. Might be better stay outside it. There are scam artists outside the riad constantly trying to send you wrong directions, follow Google mapsand ignore the road closed BS.

Good value for money and right beside the medina. Nice room with heating and AC.

Maybe it’s not the property but the Medina. It has its quiet moments but also at times noise from the street.

Good location. Def need GPS to locate the place in the first instance. Decent size for a single bed. Airy. Terrace upstairs for sunrise.

It did not had air conditioner. In hot weather at night is difficult to sleep. Also very simple, no chair and desk. Not restaurant or kitchen facilities for tea/coffee making.

It was clean. And was good value for money that was paid. Close to the square and shops.

during my stay, last days of April 2023, the stifling heat in the city made that the room was hot as well and lacked a decent option for good ventilation. The provided van worked but made a lot of notice.

This is a typical accommodation hidden away in the hard of the old Medina. Still the price was very reasonable. There is no option for meals but you can use a small kitchenette on the first floor. I had booked a 3 person room, the only room available. I came by bike and I was allowed to take it to my room as I was staying in a big room by myself. Otherwise the owner would have organized a storage somewhere else in the Medina.
