I always feel like directions to riads in medinas could be more clear--some turn-by-turn directions with photos could help! Shampoo in addition to body soap would be greatly appreciated.

LOVED my visit so much. I came to Meknes to visit my son who was studying Arabic and Darija at AALIM. Given my son's schedule, mine was all over the place and the team at El Ma was always there for me. I chose a lovely, large suite on the ground floor. Very comfortable. The care from the staff was so on point that I was surprised to learn that they were managers, not owners. IMHO, that's a testament to how much management cares about their guests. Breakfasts were generous and delish. Always m'semen. yum. And delicious fresh fruit. The terrace up top is gorgeous and the pool, while small was so refreshing on 107 degree days! The team connected me with a fantastic taxi driver who took me to Volubilis and on another tour through parts of the Atlas on another day. And the neighborhood was lovely--the businesses make embroidery thread from agave. Easy access from two babs and close to a great spot to catch a taxi to new town. Please, if you visit, feed the kitties. :)

There was a miscommunication about settling the bill. I booked the stay on line and thought I could use a credit card but they required cash only. Something to be aware of.

Very sweet and helpful staff. The dinner they served was delicious. The rooftop pool was so refreshing and the garden on the rooftop was lovely. The decor and the Riad was gorgeous.

One small thing to note: the early morning call to prayer around 4 AM was quite loud and did wake us up, but this is part of the local atmosphere and wasn’t a big issue for us.

This riad is nicely decorated with lots of attention to details. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the hospitality was exceptional—warm, welcoming, very helpful and attentive to all our needs and questions. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nothing to change!

Everything was perfect - from the welcome messages from Francis with directions/suggestions and very quick answer to any of our messages, to the warm and welcoming attitude from all the staff on our arrival. They were very kind, very nice, always smiling, gave us some restaurant recommendations and took the time to speak with us, listening to our Moroccan experiences. Will definitely recommend 100%!!!!

The building is absolutely stunning on the inside with incredible architecture. The pool and common areas are wonderful to spend time in and the rooftop offers a great view of the city. Unfortunately as it's located right beside the Grand Mosque you will be awakened in the middle of the night by the loud speakers right outside your window. Rooms are a bit smallish and quite dark which is good for sleeping in the in the morning. The Staff are lovely and helpful and did our laundry at no charge which was really going above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

The owner asked to pay in cash, either euro or dirhams. The price in euro is 75€ for the room booked, so in dirhams it would have been 750.. But she told me to give her 800 dirhams because they have decided that this would be their device conversion! This was really weird and I tried to tell her that this was not the proper conversion (everybody in Maroc uses x10) but she kept insisting.. The weirdest is that out friends paid the correct price (500 dirhams for 50€ bedroom). I find not nice to pay 6,6% more than the official price!

Exceptional location in the heart of the Medina of Meknès. This beautiful Riad is just steps away from all the main attractions. The facilities are superbly designed with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is courteous and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast is truly outstanding.

Our twin-bed room was on the small side and the bathroom was a little austere

Nice old plant-filled riad with beautiful decor and a lovely roof terrace. Amina one and two and cook Fatima very hospitable and friendly, Amina arranged a very good taxi driver, Kemal, to take us to Volubilis. Good breakfast! The instructions to get to the riad were helpful.

Location was great, as were instructions for getting there from the train. The hosts were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Dinner was one of the best I had while in Morocco over two weeks.

The ladies who work in this Riad are a delightful harmonious team. They were so welcoming and helpful. The riad itself was quiet and calm in amongst the medina with a lovely rooftop terrace. The breakfasts and evening meal were delicious. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything was great, but since it is in the Medina, it took us some time to find it and it cannot be reached by car, the public parking is around 200m away

A very beautiful Riad on a good and quiet location in Fez. The rooms are nicely decorated, so is the courtyard. The small pool on the terrace makes this place different from other Riads in Morocco.

The freshness of bed sheets entails improvement.

Everything is soooooo perfect. Four wonderful ladies run this wonderful riad. They were so helpful, welcoming and kind. And they have a lovely orange cat which is indifferent to the guests ha ha.

It's not "I Didn't like", I prefer to keep shower and toiled separated with a curtain or separator so the surface won't get wet.

The staff , breakfast and rooms were excellent. It was the best riad (we stayed in 6 riads in total) we stayed in Morocco.
