Staff was fine and sympathetic. Was clean.

Night of arrival, had booked 2 rooms, they had only one available, wanted to split the family to sleep somewhere else. On the the next days power went off every 20 to 25min once everyone was back and had the air-conditioning on.

A nice little Riad in a great location and the owner is very nice, breakfast was good also. The family room has a nice outdoor rooftop space. Bed firm but comfortable. For a night or weekend stay it is fine and good value.

In the family room, the only cons are the Aircon, one end of the room it is cool, the other end it is hot and there is a water pump that goes off during the night that is quite noisy. Room was comfortable but could do with a bit of TLC, especially the bathroom, a new toilet seat and shower holder wouldn't go a miss

The terrace was beautiful for breakfast and a late night chill. The communal areas were beautifully presented and clean.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Riad Elite in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Yousef and Amin, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. Their attentiveness and warm service made a lasting impression. The lady in charge of housekeeping also deserves appreciation for keeping our room spotless and preparing a delicious breakfast each morning, it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location of the Riad is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. The rooms were immaculately clean, each equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable, especially during the warmer hours of the day. The overall ambiance of the property is calm, elegant, and authentically Moroccan, offering a relaxing escape from the busy streets of the Medina. I would highly recommend Riad Elite to anyone looking for excellent service, great location, and true Moroccan hospitality.

If I were to suggest one area of improvement, it would be the signage and visibility of the property. Riyad Elite can be a little difficult to find at first, especially for first-time visitors navigating the Medina. Clearer signs or directions at key points nearby would make it easier for guests to locate the Riad more quickly and comfortably. That said, once you arrive, the warm welcome and excellent service more than make up for it.

First of all, the riad has no signage whatsoever, making it nearly impossible to find. I wandered around the narrow streets for ages, never imagining that an unmarked apartment door would be the actual entrance (there was a kid who approached to me and told me that it's the entrance). Inside, there were a bunch of bed bugs and cockroaches. I even saw some in the shower. I also didn’t feel comfortable with the surrounding area. People kept shouting “Chinoise! Chinoise!” at me (I’m not even Chinese), which made me feel unsafe and targeted. Overall, I felt very insecure during my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The breakfast was lovely! Beautiful shared surroundings but mainly had it all to myself as people were out it seemed. 20min walk into the main square but small shops very close by. The guy was lovely. He let me stay with my cases the whole of the next day even though I was checked out at 11am. He was always around too if I needed to ask for help.

Clean very good value for money . Fab location - tricky to find but google maps takes you to 5metres away ! Just ask a friendly local ( no sign on the door ) staff very helpful . Lovely relaxing shared relaxing areas . Breakfast basic but lovely fresh fruit and hot pastries .

Room had no windows - quite normal for a low cost Riad. Mattress rather hard . Otherwise all good and exceptional value for money .

It was an excellent base for visiting Marrakech. You can easily walk to the city's points of interest, it is still a quiet place and there is no noise from the city. The guys were always available and friendly, ready to satisfy our every need and request. Excellent breakfast served on a beautiful terrace. Thank you!!!

    Bathroom a bit small
