The owners were extremely friendly - went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. The Riad is decorated beautifully, extremely tastefully. The breakfast we had was the best in our 2 week stay in Morocco. Our room was extremly comfortable and the Riad is perfectly located for exploring this gorgeous town!

THE STAFF SAMIRA AND HAYALT WERE EXCELLENT WITH SUCH CARE, KINDNESS AND ATTENTION GIVEN TO US DURING OUR STAY. THE OWNERS GISELLE AND PHILIPPE WERE ALSO SO KIND AND GENEROUS. The Riad is a bit hard to find the first time but being set back from the main road is part of its charm. Pillows were not very comfortable.

Lovely facility with comfortable, spacious rooms in the center of town. Phillippe is a friendly and helpful host with lots of good recommendations. Rooms have good showers and bathrooms.

When we first arrived at the riad, we were well received with tea and cake. The staff provided hot towels for us to clean our hands and face upon arrival, which was a nice refreshing gesture after a long day of travel. The entire check in process was smooth and relaxed. The riad is very well designed. Everything you'd need is provided for you. The decor and style is well thought out. My mom especially was in love with their art pieces. While Essaouira is lively and (somewhat) noisy, the riad was calm, you couldn't hear a thing from outside. The staff is proactive and competent. They go out of their way to make sure we're having a good time. The rooms are always tidy and clean, they provide fresh snacks and bottled water every day. The breakfast was a feast! We looked forward to it every morning.
