The staff were exceptional esp Hafeez who went out his way to help us even on his days off! All the staff were friendly- greeted us with smiles first thing in the morning or at anytime of the day.

Rachida and Hafid were both great and gave the best service for us. Really enjoyed our stay and their breakfast. They always kept our bed nice and tidy and changed towels each day as we stayed for a week and the pool was great and we all had so much fun and can’t wait to come back again. Really loved this place they take care of you as your their family. We also took their massage which was one of the best decisions I took as it was one of the best massages I’ve had.

The service was OUTSTANDING, Fatima and hafeed and everyone else (we’ve forgotten their names) made our stay a delight. They went above and beyond, very friendly and always ensuring we’re satisfied. They arranged taxis, went to the shops for us, just unbelievable. The food was quality, excellent value for money and a substantial amount. The room was well conditioned and cosy.

A few things to note - we stayed in a family room and found that some of the beds weren’t particularly comfortable. The riad is located about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, in a quieter, less touristy area, which meant we were a bit cautious walking back at night. It’s located down an alley and the exterior is quite plain - you have to knock to be let in, and while the door isn’t always staffed in the late evening, we never waited more than five minutes. Still, this setup did cause some concern when returning late as a group of girls.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Fabiola. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us a real feel for traditional Moroccan hospitality. The service was excellent throughout. The mint tea was the best we had on our trip and breakfast by the pool each morning was a real highlight. The riad was a peaceful escape from the busy medina and a real authentic experience. There were lots of spaces to relax outside of your room which we enjoyed using as sun spots. Highly recommend!

Outstanding hospitality, with friendly and welcoming staff. Tasty and varied traditional breakfast. The room was fine, although cleanliness could have been better. The riad is truly beautiful, with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the pool, even though it looked amazing. Highly recommended!

Wonderful staff who were friendly and accommodating. The road itself is beautiful, we had a suite which was lovely but it was a little cramped for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children). The food was really exceptional at the riad, we had lunch 2 days there, wish we could have tried dinner! Pool was lovely and refreshing for a dip! The riad is a little way out of the centre, which is fine really and it’s not a bad walk in, just a little busy on the main stretch of road (which was only really a bit more stressful because we have young kids)

The atmosphere is really great and nice to relaxed when you come back from the active city centre. All personnel were extremely nice and helpful, they really want to do everything to make sure you have a great time. Rooms are a bit small but acceptable.

Aesthetic were as seen in pictures- it had a really calm and relaxing vibe. Staff were helpful- in particular Hamza who was very attentive and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Having spoken to guests from my home country they also had the same feedback about the young gentleman.

A little bit out the centre of the medina, but this might be a good thing if you’re looking for easy car access

There needs to be a menu with drink / food options so we can see what we’re having. Also we requested breakfast to be at 7am as we had an early day (and they said it could be) and no one was there in the end, so we had to go on our desert tour without having any food until 2pm! :(
