Riad was Lovely and the staff were amazing

Have more variety of breakfast

The staff were exceptional esp Hafeez who went out his way to help us even on his days off! All the staff were friendly- greeted us with smiles first thing in the morning or at anytime of the day.

Rachida and Hafid were both great and gave the best service for us. Really enjoyed our stay and their breakfast. They always kept our bed nice and tidy and changed towels each day as we stayed for a week and the pool was great and we all had so much fun and can’t wait to come back again. Really loved this place they take care of you as your their family. We also took their massage which was one of the best decisions I took as it was one of the best massages I’ve had.

The service was OUTSTANDING, Fatima and hafeed and everyone else (we’ve forgotten their names) made our stay a delight. They went above and beyond, very friendly and always ensuring we’re satisfied. They arranged taxis, went to the shops for us, just unbelievable. The food was quality, excellent value for money and a substantial amount. The room was well conditioned and cosy.

Staff were fantastic - very helpful. The building was authentic and nice. Rooms and hotel public areas were clean.

Generally the location and facilities were not the best for us as a family.

Hard bed and not much space to sunbath

We had an amazing stay at Riad Fabiola. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us a real feel for traditional Moroccan hospitality. The service was excellent throughout. The mint tea was the best we had on our trip and breakfast by the pool each morning was a real highlight. The riad was a peaceful escape from the busy medina and a real authentic experience. There were lots of spaces to relax outside of your room which we enjoyed using as sun spots. Highly recommend!

A few things to note - we stayed in a family room and found that some of the beds weren’t particularly comfortable. The riad is located about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, in a quieter, less touristy area, which meant we were a bit cautious walking back at night. It’s located down an alley and the exterior is quite plain - you have to knock to be let in, and while the door isn’t always staffed in the late evening, we never waited more than five minutes. Still, this setup did cause some concern when returning late as a group of girls.

Property was clean and easy access to the centre of Marrakech. Staff were friendly.

Be aware for scams. Someone we thought who worked at the property led us to the Riad then demanded money. His friend got quite verbal and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Not so much about Riad itself but we felt the staff could have done more to reassure us/ diffuse the situation. Our room was on the street side too which was quite noisy.

Outstanding hospitality, with friendly and welcoming staff. Tasty and varied traditional breakfast. The room was fine, although cleanliness could have been better. The riad is truly beautiful, with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the pool, even though it looked amazing. Highly recommended!

The most lovely staff, relaxing atmosphere, lovely food and short walk to the main square

This particular riad was amazing! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy, I have no complaints. Yunes the host, was lovely. Anything we needed he was quick to help!
