Fast and good communication even before the trip. They arranged an amazing chauffeur for us to take us from the airport to the city centre. From there, we were accompanied to the riad. The accomodation is extremely clean and adorable. The terrace offers an amazing view. We even got a luncbox for the day we went out early for a day trip. Fantastic experience and we would definitely book it again.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Riad itself was beautiful. Located right into the heart of the medina. Both the hosts were amazing in communication and fulfilling any requirements. I had to leave for the tour early morning 7ish and they prepared something for me to take away with me for the breakfast. Loved the hospitality. View from the rooftop was beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone travelling solo, group of friends or a couple.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is very nice, the position is excellent, the stuff is friendly (Tareg was very kind and accommodating).

We liked the size of the room and the large (king size) bed with the thick comforter. WiFi was stable. The staff was very attentive and helped us with every request. Facilities worked well. Laundry service available (and good!).

No hairdryer in the room. There was one to share. The walls are very thin and you hear everything but it was never an issue because it was silent at night. The lamps could be brighter.

The riad is so calm and quiet, good for escaping the crowd of medina. The location is super good, near to old medina and the gate. You just need some efforts when navigating route to the riad from the gate. The staff is super humble and kind, excellent hospitality, they help me to find an airport transfer at 3am in the morning. Excellent!

The water flow very good and clean, but the shower in the gorund floor room need to be repaired due to small leaks.

If you're looking for authentic apartment in the middle of medina (old city), this is the one. Responsive staff and good breakfast.

Nearest (paid) parking we could find was ~ 500m away. To find the place is not an easy task, even with navigation because of many narrow streets of medina.

We had a lovely stay at the riad. Beds were very comfortable, rooms cleaned every day, Amine and Tarek were very helpful and friendly, they dealt with all requests and deserve to be recognized for their great job and commitment. Thank you again!

It was our first and good experience in Riad. Good location in a quiet street and not far from the exit of Medina. Helpful staff. We asked for breakfast take away and they packed it for us. It was nice.

A bit noisy one of the rooms I stayed in. No fruit at breakfast but they went out of their way t8 accommodate that.

This is a lovely Riad but was initially quite difficult to find. We had an airport transfer and then Tariq met us in the Medina and walked us in – don’t think we would have found it by ourselves! Super comfy beds but rooms were quite basic. No safe. The best thing was the rooftop - the view takes your breath away! Breakfast was served at 8:30am so quite late and was only bread and pancakes. We were offered eggs on the first day, but not the second.

No bottles of water in the bedrooms. Some fruit or yoghurt would be good for breakfast. Our rooms weren’t made up during our stay but it was only two night so not a big issue.

Beautiful Riad, everything spotless clean, super well located and amazing terrace. Rooms are super comfortable and quite. Breakfast is amazing, also they have options for dinner and the food is excellent! And the best part: Amin, Nawal and all the people that works there that helped us with everything and make us feel at home ❤️ beautiful people, thanks for everything!

Everything was amazing.

The location in the medina is perfect which makes for ease to go out and explore and feel comfortable in knowing where to go. The staff is super friendly and the food especially dinner is authentic and amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the view from the terrace is enchanting. It’s a comfortable place to stay alone or as a family.

Lovely riad, clean, well maintained, good breakfast , good size room and good shower. Above all, the staff were exceptional. Tarik and all the other staff members work very hard, friendly, professional and very helpful. We are very grateful for all the staff for their hard work and support you gave us while we were there. We highly recommend informing the guests where the lights are located for the stairs, especially on the way up the very bottom stair case. The room lighting could be improved by removing the light shades and adding brighter light bulbs as it is very dark and insufficient lighting. Shower room needs a shower curtain to prevent water seeping to the bathroom floor. Locating the riad is extremely challenging for us due to the Fes medina's over 9,000 alleyways. When we leave the Riad each time we found it very difficult to get back to the riad. We asked directions from some of the shop keepers who were very helpful as the Wi-Fi signal was weak. However, there are number of people approached us to provide directions at a cost but we refused politely. Quite a number of people also said the roads were closed which was false. Each time we called the riad and one of the staff member's picked us up at a close by location to our great relief. We are extremely grateful for this. We would recommend a map showing how to find the riad (digital copy) to be provided to guests which should help both the guests and the staff.

The property is in the Old Medina so it was very close to everything, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was good.

The hospitality of the owner and staffs at the riad! As a female solo traveler, they regularly escorted me back home through the streets and showed food spots nearby. If anything they were always attentive of what I would need. Rooms were well ventilated and airconditioning was working well!

I think WiFi was a little iffy in my room and I sat in the courtyard on the sofas to use the WiFi. So that could be an improvement point but besides this everything was perfect

Everything is good, personal very kind and helpful. riad is very beautiful and clean, very close to everywhere in medina.

Beautiful riad with clean rooms and lovely host. Good location, right in the centre of madina. Breakfast was tasty, especially the fresh orange juice, the best in Fes! We had to leave early on the 2nd morning, our host got up early to prepare take away breakfast for us. Will definitely stay here again next time in Fes!

Great staff, nice breakfast, great view from the terrace, quiet area within the Medina, the staff took me to the accommodation once I arrived by taxi or else it would be hard to find on the first day…

The Heater didn't seem to heat the room initially, but then I managed to get it working by testing out the various buttons on the remote, some paper instructions could help here Plenty of dim lighting in the room, but you could do with a brighter option as the room does not have an external window
