The Riad is magnificent.

everything was perfect.

You don’t get your own key to enter the Riad. The WiFi and AC weren’t working. Room was offered as quite spacious but turned out to be a lot smaller. Also the whole place smelled kind of weird. Staircase to small to fit tall people.

We booked two tours here and both were excellent. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

We didn‘t felt like guests, but rather felt we were treated condescendingly. The attitude of both hosts was not welcoming. The entire „Riad“ looks much better in the pictures.

The location was perfect and very quiet. A really warm welcome with incredible responsiveness to our requests.

We had the chance to enjoy a hammam experience — a truly relaxing and fantastic moment. We also had dinner at the riad and chose the set menu…! The portions were very generous, and every dish was absolutely delicious. From start to finish. Beautiful Riad in great location, with an amazing view from the terrace .

The location of the riad is very interesting. It’s in the medina and very exciting when you have to walk through a very small alley until you find this beautiful riad hiding from the busy medina.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

Great stay at this beautiful riad in Fes! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the riad itself was a peaceful, stylish retreat. My room was comfortable, and the rooftop terrace offered amazing views. Perfect location for exploring the Medina.

Breakfast was great! And the location!

The property were gorgeous and the room was just what we needed for our stay. The top floor terrace was amazing for breakfast and chilling before we went out in the evening.

Room was quite small

The manager kindly asked us to leave an honest 10/10 review if we enjoyed our stay, and he deserves it. Our room was spotless (no mold at all!), the staff went above and beyond, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooftop terrace and tours they arranged made our trip unforgettable.

PLEASE READ IT !!!! I booked it beacause of the good rating, but it was a full of scam. - We booked 2 rooms for 4 person, but our room was on the groundfloor. It was next to the reception, if I opened the only window the receptionist was sitting there, it was absolutely loud the whole they. (This room is not in the pictures) - There were no fresh towels and blankets. (When we asked, we got for the night). - The walls, doors was full of MOLD! I atteched pictures. The bathroom was not clean also. - When we closed the bathroom door, it could not be opened from the inside (it was too close to the ground), it could be pushed from outside. - The main door lock system was also not good. - The owner was also rude with the new receptionist, when we told him our problems, he was on the phone and absolutely not caring about us. - THE MAGIC TRICK: After we left, i tried to write a review, but I astonished, that the review was already written 10/10 witch some nice comments. I dont know how he did it, maybe from the common WIFI, but he hacked our booking and write himself a review (other comments mentioned this problem also). So we left our 2 day journey afther the first night, we couldnt stay there anymore. The only good thing was the breakfast, it was OK.

The staff were super helpful and professional, providing top-notch service. We also booked a tour to the old city of Fes through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. We really enjoyed learning about the city's history and exploring its amazing spots.

Very clean and comfortable!

The location was great and easy to find. Our rooms were pristine. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even brought us late-night tea on the terrace.

A fantastic Riad. Perfect in every way. The roof terrace is awesome too!

The owner is kind and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated. There is a terrace at the rooftop with amazing view. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It is hard to find that place, you have to go through narrow and dark alley. There is no key for the main entrance, the owner is not always there, so you have to wait for some other guests to open the door for you. The neighborhood doesn't feel safe, especially in the evenings. I do not recommend that place for solo traveling females, because there is a lot of shady guys on the way. There is no reception in the room and the wi-fi doesn't work well.
