Not so easy to find, rooms can feel a bit dark

The bathroom whilst large didn’t have a separate shower or even a shower with a fixture so you could stand up under it so you had to hold it up. It is down quite a number of windy lanes so not very easy to find and was fine for us as a couple but possibly slightly less attractive at night to a solo traveller.

The Riad was very traditional and the room was sizeable. It was very peaceful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful at all times.

The only bad thing I would say is the location as we were scammed once during the day light but to find the location you need to navigate it

Google maps doesn’t show exact location

The property had an absolutely gorgeous interior. Minimal modern, but with marokean vibe. The pool was decent size compared to other Medina Riads. I suggest using Riads offered transfer from airport, because without it I could not find it.

I didn’t have any water, or hot water to bathe in. I know Marrakesh has had water problems but I think I should have been told.

We moved everything about our stay ! Only possible suggestion is that as much as we love pancakes we would love some fresh tomatoes/ avo with breakfast !

The swimming pool was very cold but we visited in November and the nights become colder, so it is normal.

The place is very nice, staff is really friendly and the location is good. It is close to the center but still in a more quite area. You are often alone in the small streets around the Riad but we never felt unsafe. A recommendation is to ask the Riad to arrange the transport to the Riad on the first day because it is not easy to find. The driver took us as far as possible and there was somebody from the Riad waiting for us at the point where the driver dropped us. The last 200m you cannot reach by car and it would very difficult to find if we didn't have the person of the Riad joining us.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Also the courtyard is very stylish and the pool is great. Service was magnificent, very early breakfast due to our flight was no problem at all!

The location was great and the place itself stunning! The staff was really kind and willing to help where they possibly could. Starting the day with a breakfast with a lot of variations makes you feel spoiled.

What an experience! The hotel was beautiful, clean and the personnel were more than polite with me. I recommend it 100%. And of course the location is in the centre of the old town.

WiFi wasn’t great and would benefit from it being stronger up in the rooms. Especially for our teenagers !! Being from UK our own mobile providers made it really costly to use our mobile data in Morocco so the WiFi was needed to use Google map etc to get around.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated, really comfortable. Breakfast was great , each day we were given slightly different variations, the food was fresh and healthy. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Location was really central but in a quiet steer away from the buzz of the medina.

attention: its in a hidden alley so best is to arrange pick up from the airport with the Riad upfront. As soon as you know where it is, its perfect!

Its location is not good, the surroundings are unsafe, especially in the night, nobody knows about its existence. The internet is bad, the breakfast is poor, the mattresses are terrible, as well as the lighting, practically in the whole riad.
