Everything was amazing! Our hosts were the friendliest and kindest people that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is a great serene escape from the bustling markets of Marrakech and we enjoyed going back here every time!

Slightly unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom. We should have alerted our host about it so he could fix it for the next guests. The swimming pool size was not as advertised. We were originally after a Riad with a swimming pool.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would have preferred more choices but was decent. The location (in the heart of the Medina) is ideal as it allows you to reach various parts of Marrakech on foot. The Riad itself was quiet and clean. Overall, highly recommended.

Amazing location in the medina. The staff were excellent and the rooms were top class. We stayed in their suite, which had direct access to their rooftop bar and jacuzzi. Highly recommend to all. I will definitely be back.

No complaints from us!

Fantastic location, we were lucky enough to have almost the whole hotel to ourselves as we stayed in the off season. Room was lovely, with fully functioning air con. Staff were friendly and happy to cater to our every need! They helped us with excursions and taxis as well. The cookery class was really fun and enjoyable (not to mention tasty!). The rooftop terrace and hot tub were also really good.

All Riads in the center of Marrakech aren't accessible by car. So, you have to walk to the nearest access point for vehicles to meet your tour driver. Inconvenient and sometimes confusing as where to meet, walk, and also you can get mixed up with other tours. Be aware and DO NOT move from your meeting point. Tour people are good contacting you by WhatsApp.

Great staff, very diligent, attentive, and prompt to respond to all our needs. Hussein was above and beyond excellence! Breakfast was delicious, and a large variety of cooked on-site yogurt, omelets, fruit, cakes, bread, delicious coffee, milk, juice, mint tea, cheese, pan cakes, etc. Wonderful building architecture and ample room on the ground floor with safety box and A/C. Great water pressure!

A little bit inconvenience for seniors, given that there is a few minutes walk from the taxi drop off or pick up and there is no elevator. But the staff is super friendly and helpful to minimize the inconvenience.

A very good location for the Medina and Souks despite being a stones throw from this very busy area. You entered calm and tranquility. The roof tope terrace was lovely too.

I went into this trip thinking RIAD was some chain of hotels (like Hilton, etc) but was happily surprised to realise it was an architectural style oh homes in Marrakech. RIAD Flam was an absolute dream. It is inside the Medina and perfectly distanced from the Jema al Fnaa (main marketsquare) to not be a hindrance to get to in and out. The decor and design of the RIAD was stunning, I had no idea that the outer facade was hiding such a gem inside. Food was excellent and the spa services we partook of were fantastic and we were extremely happy. The staff were able to help us with bookings for excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed. I have to leave a special note for the Staff that made this stay what it was. Issam, Hussein and the ladies in the kitchen and spa were incredible - courteous, friendly and attentive to our needs. I felt sad on our last day because I would not be able to spend more time with this lovely group of people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. To anyone reading this review, I highly recommend this RIAD. We will be coming back and staying with them for sure.

Beds are too stidd for us. Would be good to change towels after a few days. Bedroom decoration is a bid ran down. Bed linen are too old.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly ! The riad is beautiful, we really enjoyed all woodwork and carpentry, the courtyard and the rooftop with a great view. Breakfast is very nice, and great service. Location is very quiet.

The staff were absolutely amazing in every respect.. The sunbeds and jacuzzi were great on the rooftop. Only issues were sorted promptly eg.tv confusing to work and air con difficult to understand. A bottle of water in the room would have been welcome when we arrived. We had a most fantastic experience Thank you everyone xx

We had a room mix up when we arrived late, Wasn't a great start but it was sorted perfectly and without hassle the next morning. Staff were super-friendly and helpful.

The surrounds looks a little daunting when you arrive, but it's worth it. Place very serene, quiet, safe, good location at the start of the souks, next door to the Palace. Seriously cannot rate this highly enough. Will definitely come back here. Thank you team
