We unfortunately only stayed here for a night but the place is really lovely! The room is cozy, clean and really beautifully decorated, the outdoor area is amazing and the location is great. The staff were also really nice and helpful.

It was quiet inside and beautifully decorated, especially in the common areas. Breakfast was good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

There were a couple of items damaged/broken inside the ensuite.

Good location and quiet at night. Nice staff and easy to find.

The shower head needed fixing, and they didn't clean the room for the 3 nights I stayed. I guess I should have asked as I think this is normal in Morroco.

    It was a nice building.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Several things left us feeling misled and exploited. 1. Airport Shuttle – Overpriced: The hotel arranged a shuttle from the airport which cost €15 per person for a 15-minute drive. We were told this was the same as a taxi fare, but locals later confirmed we could have easily haggled a taxi for much less, even with separate arrivals. 2. Laundry Costs – Absurd: They charged €15 for just 5kg of laundry – the most expensive rate we’ve encountered anywhere in the world. No price list was provided in advance. 3. Sahara Tour – Avoid It: We booked a Sahara tour through the hotel and it was a major letdown. The hotel during the tour had no air conditioning, despite being told it would. No lunches included, but they only take you to expensive, remote restaurants where you have no other options. On the way, you are pressured to buy a scarf for €15, supposedly essential for the desert, but the material is barely worth €3. The camel ride was brutal in 40°C heat – and if you decline it, your only option is a €15 jeep ride. On top of that, no drinks are included at any meal stops. Even water in the Sahara costs €2 per bottle – and no one will give you any, even if you're showing signs of heat exhaustion. Overall, we left feeling ripped off and frustrated. The hotel seems more focused on extracting as much money as possible than on providing real hospitality. I would not recommend staying here or booking any services through them.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Riad. The location is excellent. It is quiet while very close to the center and Jemaa el-Fnaa and square market. The person at the reception is very helpful. He came to pick me from the square place as it would be difficult to find the hotel without help. Much appreciated. I was welcome with a cup of Tea. The room was big enough and clean, with AC, hot water etc. Excellent experience.

Everything was great. Perhaps I could just mention that there are tiny stairs, not easy to use if you have heavy luggage. This is not an issue as you can leave your luggage near the reception.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very clean, and when I asked to change my room because the previous one felt a bit stuffy, the staff responded immediately and helped me without any delay. The staff is very friendly and always tries to give clear and helpful answers to any questions. The riad is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Wonderful hospitality, the staff was very helpful - assisting and setting up taxi rides for us for pick ups from and to the airport and train station. The place is beautiful with a great rooftop area to sit and relax. We loved our stay!

Easy to get to by taxi. Very friendly staff. Charming, cosy.

Limited views/windows. Many cats in the area, which leave a peculiar smell. Approach less charming.

Awesome experience all around while traveling abroad.

Just make sure you put the name of the Riad in google maps and not the address. The address takes you to a different location. Make sure you get plenty of cash at the airport as they take a city tax only in cash!
