The property is beautiful, everything about it is incredible. From the interior design throughout the riad to the terrace and pool. I love everything about this riad . Our room was beautiful and the bathroom was huge and luxurious

The staff were really great.... We arrived late at night and one of the staff met us from the taxi we arranged through the Riad, it takes a few days to get your bearings so you would need the assistance to find it. Again when we were leaving the manager printed our boarding passes, they also kept our bags in storage when we were really stuck I was very grateful for this. Really excellent staff

It was impossible to keep water within the shower so everytime i showered it would flood the flood. The drainage in the sink in the bathroom was not functioning well.

The staff were very friendly, bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee offering was nice.

Clean, beautiful, cozy, great beds, bathroom and structure even though it looks small, the rooms have space and we feel at home!

The Riad is wonderful! It’s beautifully decorated, and the managers and team are amazing. If you’re looking to experience the city with a delicious breakfast, a perfect dinner, and the charm of a traditional Moroccan riad, this is the place. The small pool on the rooftop is super cozy — I didn’t use it, but it’s definitely a nice option to cool off during the intense 40°C summer days! A special thanks to the lovely Fedra, who took care of us with such kindness and grace, and also to Fadoua, who made everything happen smoothly, even when she wasn’t physically there. We truly felt at home. It was one of the best ways to experience how special and caring Moroccan hospitality can be. 🫶

Brilliant Riad. Location perfect for exploring and also for drop off from airport as can drive to the door. Lovely people. Nice welcome drink and cake. Lovely breakfast each day. Very authentic place. Would recommend a stay here. They organised our tours one to the 3 valleys Atlas mountains and another around the city half day.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Moroccan-style hotel in Marrakech. Everything was very clean, with a lovely and calming scent throughout the place. The atmosphere was truly authentic and full of charm. Special thanks to Fadoua and Zahira, who made our stay unforgettable. They were always checking in on us, making sure we were comfortable and happy. Fadoua gave us a lot of helpful information about travelling in Morocco, which made a big difference during our trip. Both of them were incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. The food was absolutely delicious — both the breakfasts and dinners were fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. It’s a magical place, but what really makes it special are all the people works there. So helpful, kind, and full of heart. We felt like home. Highly recommend!

Property is lovely! It’s a bit smaller than the pictures but it’s worth every $$! It’s located a few minutes walk from the market but not in craziness of the center which we really appreciate. The manager and front desk were extremely nice, the best part of our stay!

Riad Glatt K is simply a unique, hidden gem in the middle of the Medina with just 6 rooms. We just loved everything about this place from the first minute we arrived! The perfect location, the beautiful, authentic interior design, and their amazing staff! Their great manager Fadoua and her team were just fantastic from start to finish. So friendly, kind and helpful. They even went above and beyond for us, planning a unique birthday lunch for my wife and I, decorating the place with flowers, balloons and even a birthday cake with candles. Just amazing hospitality all the way through, and a stay we will never forget.

Exactly as description (although pool cannot be called a pool) - not an issue for us. Staff were amazing from communication, airport transfers, away day to ouzoud waterfalls, meal in the Riad, cleanliness of room. All 10/10. Breakfast lovely and nothing too much trouble. Even looking after our bags on final day. Would highly recommend

Swimming Pool: Other feedback also mentions this. I don't think it should be advertised as a swimming pool. Wifi: was unreliable, so consider getting an eSim if you need WIFI for anything important. Dinner: you have to give one days notice. So we couldn't eat on the first day and in the end, there's great places to eat everywhere in Marrakech. Reserving SPA treatments: When we tried to book we were told that we could do it on Booking. But only found out the next day that it had to be directly booked. So lost a day there. So book direct with the hotel, and at least 1 day in advance.

The Riad is beautiful and is extremely well located. You can walk to many cultural and historic sites within 10 mins. The hotel staff are very kind, especially Fadoua who was very helpful and is an excellent problem solver. The Riad is cosy, so if you are looking for quiet/soundproof rooms then consider a hotel outside of the centre. No TV. Refreshing not to have one drawing attention. There's so much to do and enjoy in Marrakech. Breakfast was excellent, and served on the rooftop which was nice. Perfect start to each day. We had some issues, but they got fixed by Fadoua and her team fast. If you pick up a Taxi from airport you might be told that it's hard to drive to the hotel and be asked to walk the last 50+ metres, but it's totally possible. You can drive right up to the Riad. The hotel was great in arranging our return taxi and we had no issues. And when I left keys the driver arranged by the hotel kindly brought them back so we would not miss our connection. Apologies again for the keys!

Amazing Riad close to the centre of the Medina. Fadoua was exceptionally helpful, she even helped organised decoration for the room for my husband’s birthday, including balloons, flowers and cake. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. We’re missing our time here already!! Fadoua was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend.

Property was perfect- no concerns.

The Riyad is beautiful. We enjoyed the entire building, our large suite with beautiful bathroom and plenty of room, the terrace and the delicious morning breakfast. The hotel is in a very short walk to the main square, the location felt safe and easy to access from many different directions. The added security of a locked front door without own access card to get in was very reassuring. Fouda is the assistant manager and she was lovely. She was Incredibly helpful and very resourceful. The staff all together was great. Last thing to mention was the amazing Moroccan breakfast every day was incredible and had varying elements every day (you could also choose from other items). Overall it felt like a beautiful quaint boutique Riyad that didn’t disappoint.

The description on Booking.com was misleading in some aspects: the pool was much to small for swimming, and we saw no evidence of a hot tub, although our shower was excellent.

Our host, Fadour, was friendly, engaging and particularly helpful; nothing was too much trouble for her. All the staff were friendly and cheerful. The riad was spotlessly clean with attractive Moroccan tiles and furnishings. Our room was well appointed and everything worked. Moroccan breakfast was excellent.
