Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceThis Riad is well located. It is near to every museum and things to visit in Marrakech. Located on the Medina, it is in the heart of the city. The staff are really nice and helpful. The only thing that was negative if I may say it’s that we struggled to find the place with the GPS, because the GPS indicated the wrong address. Don’t trust the GPS in the Medina.

AustraliaBreakfast is only sweet pastries, some variety would be great.
Great location in the heart of the city. Nothing was more than 15 min walk. The staff was very friendly but no much English, good if you know French. The rooms are small but very comfortable and gorgeous.

United KingdomOur stay was amazing! The room was big and spotless, cleaned on a daily basis too! The riad in itself was the best place to relax in the middle of the medina and the view from the rooftop terrace was gorgeous! Everything was accessible by walking distance and Yacine was so helpful and welcomed us late (10pm) with a Moroccan tea. The breakfast was so good! We will 100% come back and I can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks to a million to Yacine and the girls!

United KingdomSometimes the water in the hot water taps was cold or light brown but this is not the fault of the property. it is just an observation. The water would turn lukewarm if you had a shower after about 10.30am so you had to get in early for warm water. Again not the property fault but an observation.
The property was very well kept and the staff were more than accommodating. It was a pleasure to be hosted by Yacine who did all he could to please us.

PortugalThin walls but it’s an old home so that’s to be expected. Hot water went out often.

Amazing Riad, amazing breakfast and hosts very helpful. You can eat in the Riad, just need to inform them the day before and they have a lovely menu. Rooms very very beautiful. Super cleaned. United Arab EmiratesI can think of nothing. But understand that this is not a standard hotel; it's a Riaz. A traditional Moroccan Riad is a home with multiple stories centred around an open-air courtyard with a fountain. Riads were once the estates of the wealthiest citizens, merchants, and courtiers. The building is shaped like a rectangle with different rooms on each side.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and stylish. Despite my late arrival at nearly midnight, I was welcomed with the best Moroccan tea I've ever had. A special thanks to Mr. Yacine for ensuring a smooth check-in process, making the tea, providing WiFi details, and offering a tour of the beautiful, house-like saraya. The location is also excellent. It’s conveniently situated near the old town, with a taxi dropping you off at a nearby mosque, just a short 3-minute walk to the hotel. This was fantastic! I also loved the breakfast.

AustriaBecause we don't eat a lot sugar it would be good to have other options then just marmelade for breakfast, but they also did eggs for us after we asked them, so it was always possible to get what we needed.
We felt very good at the Riad, Yacin and the two ladies always made sure, that we have everything what we need, also the breakfast was very good and they made sure that we are content. Also the room was very clean, they cleaned it every day and were very helpful with everything we needed. The location was perfect, everything was near, we could walk by foot everywhere. We felt like family with them, the atmosphere was like home.
