Riad Idra was the most pleasant stay my partner and I have ever had. Everything was perfect. The staff knew us and our preferences and went out of their way to make it the best week of traveling ever. We would go back in a heartbeat

The hospitality is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make your staff comfortable. You feel like you are constantly attended to. The breakfast was delicious and slightly alternates everyday which I liked. The room is immaculate. The hotel even gives you some slippers to use and take home with you. The cleaning staff will come and clean your room while you're out for the day and then comes again while you're at dinner to prep your bed before you sleep. Service is surreal. Anything you need ask the staff. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Great rooftop, not much of a view but it's beautiful up there. There is no pool, but if that matters to you, you can visit a spa with a pool for the day. The hotel is very close to Bacha Coffee and Jardin Secret. About a 20 min walk to the end of the Medina to see Sadiaan tombs, Bahia Palace, and El Badi Palace. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

    Nothing!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, also with making external reservations. They cleaned the room whenever we exited and it was always clean. We unfortunately did not have the chance to have dinner there, but the breakfast was amazing. They even packed us breakfast on one of the days when we had to get up early. The location is right in the center of the Medina in a really nice neighbourhood. I would definitely book here again!

This Riad is absolutely perfect! Beginning with the stunning environment, lovely scents, the sounds of water falling, and greeted with tea and cakes. You will be treated like royalty the entire time by the gentle and caring staff. There are full sized bathroom products, a robe to use and slippers you can take home. It is in a very lovely area of Marrakesch, near the palace and surrounded by luxury shopping. The chef is brilliant!

Watch out for the donkey carts and motor bikes outside the front door on exiting!!

From start to finish, the staff at Riad Idra were exemplary. We were looked after perfectly. The riad was beautiful, and the staff was courteous, attentive, talkative, and very proud of the great job they were doing. I genuinely can not recommend this Riad more; it is delightful, well-positioned, and very quiet.

I could not fault Riad Idra - everything was perfect.

Our stay at Riad Idra was perfect. From the moment we stepped into the Riad, we were welcomed by Karine and her team, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We were greeted with fresh mint tea, pastries and hot lemon towels to freshen ourselves up. Karine sat with us and talked through a map, highlighting the sites and giving lots of tips and advice. The courtyard was a beautiful space to sit and relax, and our room was superb, full of personal touches. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a lovely experience, and the food was plentiful and always fresh. We also ate twice for dinner (an extra option) on the terrace, and the chef was happy to be flexible with the menu to accomodate my taste. A special mention for Younes, our fantastic waiter. The location of the Riad was perfect for exploring the medina, providing an oasis of calm after a day seeing the sites. I would not hesitate to recommend RIad Idra to those wanting to visit this fascinating city.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It’s one of the best properties I have stayed in.

The property is beautifully decorated with pleasant neutral colours and very artful decor. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the hosiery plush. The toiletries are a pleasant surprise which I won’t spoil! Particularly the perfumes. The staff is extremely helpful, very thoughtful and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Always with a quick smile and always anticipating what you may need, they are extremely accommodating in any requests you may have. The spa and massage is highly highly recommended. The terrace breakfast is absolutely top notch. Great courtyard space and a cute little library to lounge in. Short walk from almost ever important tourist spot in Medina.

This Riad was a highlight of our trip. So beautiful and calm. Breakfast on the roof was heavenly. The food in general was some of the best on our trip. The staff is present but not intrusive. I loved the decor. Absolutely thought out to every detail. The guides arranged by the hotel were perfect. It seemed to me that Marrakech has gotten a little over-touristed, but the guides help you to see the things that interest you. No guide is needed for the Jardin Majorelle and the YSL. Just remember to get your ticket a few days in advance, and use a cab to get there. The Berber Museum in the Jardin is a gem. Also the Dar el Bacha museum very near the Riad was well worth a visit.

Nothing to mention. But be aware that a Riad is an special and smaller hotel, so don't expect a buffet like or 1000 diferent breakfast options. Just relax and enjoy as the quality of what is served is great.

Amazing place with great service. It's amazing how an enviroment can change just crossing a single door of a Riad. From a chaos or narrow streats to a the feeling of staying in an Urban Oasis.
