There is nothing notable that we didn't like or appreciate.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The Riad itself is stunning – beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of charm, with a perfect balance of traditional Moroccan details and modern comfort. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality (including our Hamam at the Spa!). The hosts went above and beyond in every way, from offering helpful recommendations to arranging activities and transfers. Every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and care. Breakfast was a highlight – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented each morning. The location was also ideal: tucked away enough to feel peaceful, yet only a short walk from all the main attractions. This Riad exceeded all expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We would return in a heartbeat!

My daughter and I had a lovely time at this Riad. We loved our stay, the bedroom was very comfortable and extremely clean. The night we arrived we had the best chichen Tagine in Marrakesh. Abdul and his colleagues were very attentive and helped us throughout our stay. Thank you so much for sorting out the problem with my daughter's phone. She left the phone in the car during our dessert trip and they recovered it just 5 minutes before we left the Riad. We recommend the trip to the Agafay Dessert with the company Dunes et Dessert.

Amazing property with incredible staff - they were so generous and helpful, including letting us stay in the main area of the riad all day after our checkout time. The location is also great, the rooms are gorgeous and we loved the pool.

It was clean, serene and very welcoming. Our bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was perfect and the hand wash/shower gel smelt incredible! Breakfast was also brilliant every morning, and the staff were fantastic! Absolute would not hesitate to book again, thank you to all at Riad Itrane for their phenomenal service 🤍

Beautiful riad. So many places to curl up and relax or enjoy the sun and rooftop patio. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Most astonishing is although it is only a few minutes walking time from the Medina, the riad is completely quiet, with only birdcall to hear.

Not one thing!

The property is very beautifully curated and welcoming. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. The courtyard is so calming from all the chaos outside. Our suite was beautiful and all the little details showed a lot of care and love for this place. The Itrane team were amazing and always there to ensure you had everything you needed. The food…..breakfast was incredible everyday and had variety. We stayed there 5 days and something was different everyday and was always amazing. Dinner was spectacular too! So much food. Manon also arranged appointments for us to enjoy the Hammam and a massage which was one of the best experiences. I highly recommend doing this. Staying here is like staying with a very happy family, Manon and her team clearly care about each other and the guests.

Loved this fabulous accommodation with beautiful decor, a calm oasis in the Medina with lovely people who were dedicated to making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The riad achieves a successful blend of Moroccan tradition and modern must- haves such as excellent wifi. Breakfast was more than plentiful and varied daily with fresh ingredients, served on our balcony. Cleanliness could not be faulted. Many thanks to Manon and the Itrane team for a wonderful time, we are really looking forward to our next visit!

Really enjoyed our stay in Riad Itrane - it's absolutely beautiful. The architecture was definitely a highlight! We appreciated the central location, the breakfast was delicious and the dinner was also nice. Staff was kind enough to let us takeaway some breakfast as we had to leave early morning on our last day. Overall excellent experience!

A calm oasis in the midst of the Medina. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful architecture and design and comfortable rooms.

A bit of noise from the street and neighbouring rooms & our room on the ground floor was close to the staff stairs which was a bit noisy.

Breakfast selection was excellent and the location was also perfect - easy to find & to get around the Medina from here. Close to drop off & pick up points in the main square.

The arrival was difficult, quite a way to walk through crowds, hard to follow the guy with our luggage. Incorrect listing by Booking.com meant the room booked wasn't the one listed but the staff did their best to help. Very disappointing.

Excellent Staff! Great Breakfast! You can even ask for eggs. The bed was a little on the firmer side, but still comfortable. The location was perfect! Overall Excellent accommodations!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to have an evening meal on the first night at the Riad which was excellent and we were offered a choice of good wines which was an additional bonus. The Riad is very close to the main square which makes navigating around the Medina a little easier.

We stayed here 6 nights. It was like we were family by the time we left. The staff were exceptional, happy to take care of any need. We’d like to give a special thank you to Soufienne and Abdellah,(Sorry, I’m certain I’ve made a mess of their names!🙄) who were so warm and helpful. The building is lovely and peaceful. The rooftop has seating and tables everywhere. They were finishing construction there to allow them to serve breakfast in this lovely space. The breakfast had eggs, pastries, jams and jellies, mint tea, and coffee. They set up a tour guide for us , who was quite good, very kind. We stayed in the Urantia room, which was stunning. I would highly recommend this road.
