Stylish and cozy riad, perfect quiet place in the heart of the medina. Perfect place for those who want to enjoy the pampering of a paradise place near the bustling souks. It has very familiar vibe, you feel yourself much better than in an impersonal hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We very very satisfied with our superior room, where was enough place for the parents and our teenage boy.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Riad Janate. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with all the charm you would hope for in Marrakech. What really stood out, however, was the hospitality. Mouad, who has recently joined the team, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From warmly welcoming me, to offering helpful tips, and always being attentive with a genuine smile, his service truly made my experience memorable. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making guests feel at home, and I can see he will make an excellent addition to the riad’s staff. I would highly recommend Riad Janate to anyone visiting Marrakech — not just for the lovely rooms and location, but also for the heartfelt service that makes you feel like family.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was getting lost — but even that turned into a positive experience because when we called the hotel, they were ready to come and rescue us. We really appreciated their help!

Absolutely loved our stay in Marrakech! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was beyond amazing — they truly took care of us and made us feel completely at home. Check-in process is too long You can't access the Riad directly by car. You need to walk the last 5 minutes, with luggage that's not super practical

The area, it’s a little rough. In several occasion the people in the streets try to tell us we couldn’t walk at certain times of the days to the Riad. So they told us to go with them through a different route, and then of course ask for money and more money. At the hotel they told us it was common to just avoid them or threaten them with the police. The first time we didn’t feel very safe but nothing happened. But it’s something they should tell you to be aware of.

A bit of wait for both massages and dinner. But the staff were very nice.

BEAUTIFUL huge room and bathroom, amazingly detailed ceilings in both, lovely ample common areas, terrace had very nice views, two pools of large sizes, strong attention to detail throughout, rooms had bathrobe and slippers by default. We did the energize massages within the onsite spa and they were a nice experience. Also we had to leave early (3:45am) for our flight and the staff walked us to the taxi as it was a bit of a walk to where a taxi can come, and he helped with the bags, very nice of him (Maoud).

Riad Janate is truly a hidden gem in the medina. The riad is an oasis of calm after a busy day of exploration amongst the hussel and busel of the city. The center court yard is so beautiful and comfortable that you can't help but to feel at ease. The rooms were stylish and comfortable with big comfy beds. All the rooms have air-conditioning which was ideal for my very irish husband. The roof top relaxation area is great place to relax at the end of the day while enjoying mint tea or a mid day soak in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was amazing and served by the beautiful plunge pool each morning. The on site hammam is really bonus and something you must treat yourself to. Now the staff I have to say are truly amazing , kind and very helpful. They instantly make you feel right at home. I can highly recommend Riad Janate & spa for your stay in marrakech.
