A true Moroccan Oasis! Like stepping into an Arabian novel. Felt pampered on all levels here, from the beautiful architecture to the food. Try the Lamb Tagine! Hard to leave this place. We’ll be back.

Beautiful riad, lovely pool and court area - particularly enjoyed sitting outside to have our dinner. Rooms gorgeous - big comfy beds, beautifully decorated and clean. Food was fabulous too - wish we’d been able to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Everything. The staff is friendly, warm and helpful in every way. The facility is aesthetically beautiful and very clean and comfortable, with attention paid to every detail. The food is exceptional.

No complaints at all. I would like access to tea / coffee making facilities but none of the hotels in Morocco seem to offer this as standard.

Walking off the dusty street you enter an oasis of tranquility and beauty where flowers bloom and birds sing. Wonderful peaceful place in traditional Moroccan style. We just loved it. Breakfasts were huge. We also had dinner one night which was delicious. Yassine who runs this place must be the hardest working Moroccan. He never stopped from dawn til dusk. Thank you for everything. We will be back

We enjoyed a fantastic five day stay at Riad Janoub as part of our six week road trip in Morocco. During our time here, we had the best evening meal, the best breakfast (the homemade yoghurt was delicious) and the best café au lait in the whole of our trip. We also enjoyed the most comfortable bed out of all our accommodation stays. Riad Janoub is a lovely oasis of calm on the edge of the medina and is well located for interesting walks into town and/or an easy 20-minute drive out to the coast. The staff are fantastic, and the owner, Aby, is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Carl & Jo

Lovely Riad-like courtyard, comfortable, individuality designed rooms, very friendly (multilingual) owner, Abi, excellent breakfast, quiet setting on the edge of the Medina, parking on the street directly outside the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent,pancakes,eggs,croissants, homemade yoghurt,fruit juice,tea or coffee. Courtyard garden of the riad was extremely well maintained with a pool,sun longers and umbrellas. Breakfast served outside in the garden.

We had driven through Tiznit a few times before, but decided to actually stay for a change and we were not disappointed. The riad is located in a quiet road in the fabulous quiet old medina, and is easy to find if you're driving there. The gardens and pool area are tastefully done, and the whole riad exudes quality. Our room was comfortable and spacious and warm despite the chill outside. The shower was lovely with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was nice and included an egg, which for me is always a bonus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and discreet, and we had the privilege of meeting Aby the owner who was a mine of information about Tiznit and the surrounding areas. I would recommend and stay there again if I was in the area.

The weather didn't help :) but nothing to complain about the space. If I could suggest an improvement would be the bathroom/shower.

The overall space of the riad is very nice. The staff makes sure everybody feels welcome, providing tips for what to see and where to eat. The breakfast is really nice.

Relatively expensive compared to other places we stayed in. For the price breakfast could have been better, eg no fresh orange juice provided, only one egg, etc. No fridge, kettle or water in the room.

Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. There was hair in the shower. We couldn’t tell whether the fiber basket was for towels or trash, and it was important because we had baby diapers.

It was a shame the swimming pool was covered and not open. It was definitely hot enough to enjoy a swim. No door to the bathroom in the room only a curtain which was odd, and as the room opened onto the courtyard felt a bit exposed.

Lovely place to stay. Parking on the street outside but open the gate to reveal an oasis of calm. We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in Morocco. More variety than the usual eggs and bread.
