Dear Sir Hassan Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are deeply concerned to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as we strive to provide excellent service to all our guests. Given our long-standing reputation, your rating is highly unusual, and we would like to address some points to clarify the situation for our future guests. Booking and Check-In: You booked a double room for two adults. Upon arrival, you brought two children with you, one of whom is disabled, which was not mentioned in your booking. While there are typically additional costs for extra guests, we accommodated your family by charging only for one child as a gesture of goodwill. 1. Room Concerns: You and your family enjoyed the facilities, including the swimming pool and your room, without any issues for the entire afternoon. However, at 1:30 am (PAST MIDNIGHT), you contacted our manager to report a wet mattress and an unpleasant odour in the room. We were surprised that these concerns were raised so late, after you had been in the room for over 10 hours without any complaints (you just haven't mentioned that one of your kids WET the bed. This is we're the odeur originates from!) Addressing Issues: The following day, our manager met with you to discuss the situation, along with our housekeeping staff. We did not charge you for the additional cleaning required, even though the mattress had been soiled. Again, this was an effort on our part to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. 2. Kitchen incident: entering private areas of the riad while staff asked you NOT to, you still disrespected fully and barged in. 3. Neighbour incident: We also addressed a separate issue involving a neighbour’s parking, which required our manager's intervention. Despite these challenges, our staff remained committed to providing you with the best possible service. 4. Our staff: felt really threatened y your aggressive nature. Given the efforts made by our team to address your concerns and ensure your comfort, we are surprised and disappointed by your 1/10 rating (we had never had such a respons and experience with a guest in these past 8 years). While we understand that not every stay is perfect, we believe that your review does not accurately reflect the experience that most of our guests have at our hotel. In conclusion, we encourage you to consider whether the rating and feedback provided truly represent the service you received.
