The breakfast, although served in the beautiful inner courtyard, is not as special as one might expect from a riad of this kind.

The riad is wonderful, very welcoming, and in an excellent location. The rooms are beautiful and carefully decorated down to the smallest detail. Jbara welcomed us warmly, showing us on a map he had drawn himself the layout of Rabat and the places to visit, as well as giving us very useful tips on where to eat.

No air-conditioning in our room, and it was a hot night -opening windows helped to cool our room quickly. .

Lovely welcome with mint tea and description of local sights + map from the owner. Fabulous views from our rooftop room. Lovely staff. Tasty breakfast. So close to the river with lovely seafood restaurants and swimming with the local kids.

The place isn’t very well maintained. The room had a dusty smell, the bathroom lightbulb was flickering and the fan was missing its front cover, which felt unsafe. I wouldn’t mind these issues if it were much cheaper. Overall, we had a good rest but I’ve stayed in better places for less.

Well located in the heart of the Medina. The lady preparing breakfast was kind and accommodating — we asked for a smaller portion instead of the full meal and she was happy with it. The bed was large and comfortable. There’s a lovely terrace, though we didn’t use it.

Jbara our host is one of a kind, appreciate that he extended his service by giving us the sketch of the tourist attraction that we need to visit. :) He gave us spacious room that fits 4-6 person. The location is near the Kasbah Udayas.

The city wakes up early, so don't plan to wake up late as the Riad in a lively street.

Everything. Especially the staff ( Sarah and Saeeda) are helpful, breakfast made me full. The location easy to reach, and Mr. Jabra is helpful. He showed me what to visit and see in the city.

For anyone with mobility issues. Ask for a ground floor room as the steps to the higher floors are very steep and high steps.

The owner is very polite and friendly, explains everything. The riab is very authentic and cozy, the view from the terrace is beautiful. the breakfast is excellent. only the plumbing is a little old, but the owner promised to update it. everything else was good. Thank you.

Very outdated facilities and definitely not clean. Everything in the room is very outdated and worn out or even broken. The door of our apartment couldn't close properly and there was an 1cm gap. Very dirty bathroom, needs deep cleaning. What we booked was advertised as two bedrooms, however it's just all beds in one big space. It looked a bit different than in the pictures.

Central location and friendly and smiley staff (although they could put some effort and learn a few words in English if they want to welcome international tourists). Provided the cheap price it was relatively okay value for money. Breakfast was good, however only 2 eggs were given for 2 people and mostly bread.

Our room was in a small house in the terrace so pretty cold and noisy because totally not insulated. But the terrace was very beautiful.

It was quite cold in December even with the fluffy blankets, but there was also one electric heater you could use which made it more comfortable. The walls are thin so you can hear others a lot.

Super cute Riad with a lovely interior and a great roof terrace where you can catch lovely sunsets. Really delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice!

In the first night the room was very noisy so we had some trouble to sleep, however they managed to change us to another room for the second night.

The localization was excellent and the guided visit was amazing. Good breakfast! The staff was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom was a little bit smelling. The stairs in the building don’t match with the style of the house.

No Tv in room, which wasn’t a big issue but good to be aware if travelling with kids and need to keep entertained
