The Riad is aesthetically stunning and the staff were so kind and accomodating. Location is close to tourist spots.

The pictures online was a bit misleading, it showed a bath but when we arrived, it was just a shower. A/C wasn't working properly, room was a bit warm.

The stay had potential, but unfortunately the A/C in our room wasn’t working properly. It was extremely noisy, making it impossible to use. We opened the window for some air, but that let in mosquitoes and led to a very uncomfortable, sleepless night. Our friend’s A/C was working fine, so it may have just been an isolated issue, but it’s something the staff should catch beforehand. We reported the problem in the morning, but since it was just a one-night stay, no effort was made to follow up or offer any gesture to address the inconvenience. That was a bit disappointing, especially since the previous days we had a much better experience at a nearby riad for half the price

Good and clean we recommend it to everyone but they need to low the price is too much for this small riad .

The price is too expensive compared with other Luxury riads .

Beautiful Riad in an excellent location, we loved our room. All the staff were very kind and helpful, they arranged transfers from the airport before we arrived and were also happy to help during our stay. All areas of the Riad were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop and by the small pool after a day sightseeing.

On more than one occasion the water wasn’t hot and the pressure in the shower was non-existent, it completely stopped working or was a slight trickle once you were in the shower which got a bit annoying trying to rinse off shampoo.

Really lovely small Riad in the centre of town. It was a public holiday the time we were there and we ate in two nights in their little courtyard, food was lovely, breakfasts where the best we had in Morrocco.

We were on the upper level but some of the bedrooms were straight on the courtyard which meant for those visitors they would have people dining right outside their door. We ordered a taxi from the reception to take us to the airport at 3.00 am on a public holiday Rome2rio had estimated this to be 100dh. They charged 400dh, but what can you do given the holiday and early start but ……

Ayoub and the team were excellent hosts which made an amazing cultured stay in the Medina even more pleasurable. The welcome by Ayoub and wealth of knowledge giving guidance to the trip was impressive and engaging. A very special unique place in the beautiful city of Rabat.

Our stay at Riad Kalaa was fabulous. The food was fantastic and the decor was beautiful. The staff were very helpful. We can't wait to go back again.

Check in was fantastic, we had peppermint tea and biscuits with a great explanation of where to go on the local area and a map. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, fresh bread and orange juice with fruit, yoghurt, cheese, pastries and eggs.

A room not on the ground floor might be more private because it would be away from the breakfast area but I will not complain because our room was beautiful.

Beautiful room and dining area. We were only here briefly but wished we had more time to enjoy the facilities
