Everything was perfect - everyone was very welcoming and helpful, room was great and very clean, also included great breakfast. The location is interesting, but might be difficult to reach with big luggage.

Kasbah area is generally more vibrant and it can be hard to sleep if you don't do well with noise, good for if you don't mind banter and background noise though, but the property itself is really amazing!

The receptionist is very warm and so knowledgeable about Kasbah area, old Medina and Marrakesh in general. Welcomed us with tea and a very insightful chat with great tips. The rooms offer great value for money, super minimalistic vibes and just very gorgeous. Other staff we interacted with were also very helpful and kind even with a slight language barrier, we were treated so well :) I recommend this very much.

We were greeted by super friendly staff and offered us water, morrocan tea and homemade biscuits. Such a nice gesture! The place is a mix of old and modern vibe. Really love the interior!

The hotel services were impressive. The staff was attentive and friendly. The host was very accommodating, we've checked-in a little bit early, a very good moroccan breakfast was served while waiting for our room. The facilities are clean and modern. The location is inside the Kasbah area/old city.

I would have liked to have keys to the front door, as one day it took quite long for someone to come and answer the door.

I thought that the staff were very attentive and hospitable throughout the duration of my trip. The place was kept clean and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place.

We walked most of the days because it wasn’t far away only like 20 min. Location was very calm and safe. I preferred to stay here as the roads are very noisy and they never sleep. We rest properly and comfortably.

Everything was amazing! From arrival to departure, they took good care of us! We were warmly welcomed with tea and Moroccan sweets by one of the male hosts of the riad (I'm so so sorry I forgot your name) and had a very lovely chat with him. The riad is absolutely beautiful and our suite was very comfortable. We had to leave early and they made us a takeaway breakfast bag, which we really appreciated. Thank you Riad Kasbah 117! I hope we'll get to come back again one day.

We had a wonderful experience at Riad Kasbah 117! From arrival to departure, we were greeted with a warm hospitality and impeccable service. The environment is welcoming, well decorated and transmits peace, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. We would like to thank especially the two gentlemen who work there Ayoub and Mohsen who made all the difference in our stay - they were incredibly attentive, helpful and always with a smile on their face. They helped us with information, local suggestions and made sure we felt at home. A true example of professionalism and kindness! We recommend this open hearted riad and we will definitely come back!
