I highly recommend booking the shuttle for your first day—the team will meet you just outside the Medina and walk you straight to the riad. After that, navigating is easy peasy. We loved everything from the decor to the location to the service. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Even sorting out the travel for a day trip for us. A lovely Riad, spacious bedroom and bathroom. The Moroccan breakfast was very nice as well.

The riad is beautiful, minimalist, and tastefully decorated. We were very satisfied with our stay. Unfortunately, we forgot the key with us when checking out, but the owner, Ines, kindly responded and said she would take care of it. On the last day of our stay, there was heavy rain, which caused flooding in the riad’s garden, as well as in many parts of Marrakech. The staff of the riad worked hard to eliminate the flooding and worked non-stop for about three hours. From me, it’s a 10/10, with just a small suggestion regarding breakfast. I think for us foreigners, starting breakfast at 9 AM is a bit late, since we like to head out early in the morning to visit sights before the big crowds. I hope this can be slightly adjusted, as we weren’t able to have a single breakfast at the riad during our stay.

Kind of hard to find the first time. Better to get the riads own taxi. Then you’ll arrive much closer to the destination and not risk getting lost.

Beautifully designed hotel with large (!) rooms, rarity for a riad. What made it special is the staff: - We got amazing local suggestions for everything, even a barber that turned out to be top - We had the tastiest breakfast out of every place we stayed, local think savory pancakes were so good! Made by such a nice lady I’ll keep recommending this riad to anyone who’s traveling to Marrakech.

The beds were a bit hard. Could be a bit softer for smaller people.

Breakfast was really good. The staff was beautiful. Aras helped me over and over. Really good and helpful. The aesthetics were really beautiful. The location was really nice. Really quiet. So if you wanna explore this is the one to go to.

As a solo traveler I would highly recommend Riad Kreme. From arrival to my departure I can not fault the service and customer care I received from Ines, Mehdi, Mohamed and others. The service was beyond exceptional with each person going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable, memorable experience and stay. Morocco is an extremely safe place to travel and the Riad felt like a home away from home. Inès, Mehdi and Mohamed were not only welcoming with a friendly and down to earth manner but were professional, hospitable and able to communicate in various languages with myself and others when needing help or guidance on things to do and general help. Regardless of the time they were always available and happy to help myself and others often working in to the early hours to help new arrivals or those going out to include myself. The Riad and the rooms are aesthetically beautiful and sophisticated. Simply decorated with a calming atmosphere. The rooftop terrace has amazing views and the Riad is located in the heart of the medina with the main tourist attractions and food places being within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing and the mint tea was something that has left me with a long lasting craving and nostalgia. Can’t thank everyone at Riad Kreme enough but a special shoutout and thank you to Inès, Mehdi and Mohamed for all that you did for me during my stay. Will truly miss you all and the Riad.

Room was just off the central courtyard so could hear all the comings and goings, so a little difficult to sleep. But I think this would be the same in all raids.

Exceptional stay at Kreme Riad from the moment we stepped in. Inès warmly welcomed us, Moroccan tea and pastries were ready, which was much appreciated after travelling. The Riad is beautifully decorated and each details were intentionally well thought out. The bedroom was very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was the highlight of the suite! Absolutely brilliant! Every piece in this Riad has been carefully curated.

The place is not well maintained. The lounge chairs on the rooftop are almost all broken. There is no cleaning which is astonishing for the price. It was dusty and birds were pooping on the balcony (which might be unavoidable but could be cleaned).

The place is modern and stylish decorated. Staff was friendly and food was fresh.

The beds were very uncomfortable The room was very small not enough space to unpack The bathroom was so dark that you couldn’t see in the mirror clearly. The rooms weren’t cleaned or towels changed . Apparently this is something that you need to ask for but we weren’t told this on arrival The breakfast was very basic it the same everyday The WiFi was terrible so it was difficult to plan our day

We booked this riad for our guests in Marrakech. They were disappointed in the service, as they said that the breakfast was not sustainable for the first meal of the day, and did not include coffee (they had to ask for it twice, and one day they never got it). They said that the service did not match the price and that they did not feel welcome.
