Everything was fine, just keep the resident tortoise on the rooftop terrace fed and watered!

Beautifully done out all over. Great quiet location but within walking distance of everything in the medina. Friendly helpful staff.

We had the room with a window in the bathroom. It was a bit bad smells from the pipes. It would be nice if the hotel would add some shelfes, because there was no possibility to put anyting down.

Every morning the ladies prepared a breakfast with fresh juice, eggs, coffee and also some local food. We bought some fresh fruit and could leave it in the fridge. The rooftopterrace was beautiful and it must be nice to have breakfast there. The service of the ladies and Mr. Hasan was perfect, very warm and attentive!

The Riad was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations, it was EXACTLY like the photos. It wasn't difficult to find, we got the bus from the airport to the Bab Laksiba and it isn't far from there. The staff were fantastic and really friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The whole place was very clean and tidy. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits while we checked in. I absolutely loved the decor and even went to purchase the same woven baskets that were on the wall and a similar vase. The Riad was really quiet at night and peaceful to sleep. There was enough storage space with a large wardrobe and a set of drawers. The shower head was broken and water was going everywhere as soon as we told Zach (night staff) he replaced it immediately. The help from staff was exceptional. They were really friendly and helpful and great to talk to, especially Zach. The town was lovely and all the locals were extremely friendly. Lots of great places to eat just a short walk away. There are a few essential shops to purchase water and snacks as well as shops to buy clothes, shoes & gifts.

The location is good, but it's in great need for better signaling. From the Medina Laksiba gate and than at the next 2 intersections it is difficult to find the location. Almost all locals speak only arabic or french.

The location is good, in Medina and close to the Center cultural of Habous. Quiet place nicely furbished.

The Riad is a good 25min walk from the Jemaa El Fnaa square. It's fine, but you might be able to find more convenient locations.

The facilities were simple, but functional and had everything we needed. Really good value for money. The breakfast was typically Moroccan, with freshly squeezed orange juice. However, the stars of the show are the staff. The housekeepers were really friendly and helpful. Zakaria and Hisham, the young guys welcoming the guests were amazing. They were very friendly and happy to hang out with us and exchange their experiences and views on the country. I've never felt so welcomed abroad, really amazing.

The riad was tucked away and I find it hard to locate , there was no signage where it was from the gate,so I got a little bit lost at first. Maybe if they can add a signage where the riad is,it will be better.

I loved my stay in this riad. My favourite. I love how cosy and homey I felt during my stay. Although I had a hard time looking where the riad is because there was no sign from the gate where it is. But overall, an excellent riad. They even have a turtle on the top floor ,so cute!😍💖

Not much to dislike. I did find it weird that one of the rooms we stayed in only had 1 socket though... and even that one was in the bathroom. Other than that, nothing to complain about

There's plenty to like. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious the rooms are nice and clean. We even got a free upgrade. Overall, my favorite Riad out of the three I stayed in while in Morocco.

Flush wasn't great in the room. They don't clean the rooms daily had to request for a room clean. Entrance to the riad could have been more nicely scented. No smoking allowed have to smoke on the rooftop, 2 flights of stairs or outside the property.

Breakfast was nice, slightly different everyday. Sad breakfast was not served on the terrace and the orange was not fresh (carton)

Staff weren't aware we were arriving. Bad WiFi service, none in upper rooms. Noises carry a lot inside. Our room had quite a strong sewagey smell. The breakfast was very simple just eggs and bread.

Nice location in the Kasbah, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice space with a roof terrace.

The WiFi was broken for our whole stay so we had to buy a local sim so we could book trips/research. Hot water was intermittent. Only had about 3 warm showers in the week, rest were cold. Breakfast was a bit lacking but filling, some fruit would’ve been nice. Lack of signage to the property- cars can’t drive down the lane so we had to try and find our way late at night. Luckily someone came out and asked if we were looking for Laksiba.

Loved the decor and the friendly tortoise on the roof terrace. It was lovely and quiet. Staff were really nice especially Zacharia, he was so helpful.

Internet connection is terrible. We had to use our data most of the time. Barely any connection. There was no real advice regarding restaurants or getting about. We were told any restaurants could be good. We asked about a taxi and was told it was 150 to the airport. We thought that was expensive but agreed as thought it was easiest. The airport is about 10 mins away. The night before they asked for the money and when we gave 150 we were told that the manager said it was 200. We were pretty outraged as we didn’t have any more than 150 as we were tell to use up our cash. They did allow us travel for 150, but we were not actually told till just before that it would be ok.

The staff were welcoming and the room was clean overall. Well located in order to see the market etc. Breakfast was good too - bread and an egg. Some coffee and a juice.

My friend and I are not fussy travelers so the room/riad is what we paid for, but things were rather underwhelming: no one greeted us when we arrived; I killed a roach in the restroom within the first hour of arriving; the aircon profusely leaked.

The breakfast is an excellent way to start the day and the women who cook are lovely. They will make your bed and tidy your room when you're out for the day (stayed in a private). It's outside of the more touristy area near the medina.

The entire Riad needs more attention. The showers in every room require renovation. The bedding and towels need replacing - they were all a funny grey colour. The owners/supervisors of the property, whom we never saw, seemed friendly and helpful online prior to our holiday. They offered to book trips, restaurants etc. However, they did not follow through on these bookings and we wasted a whole day of our holiday waiting for confirmation of an evening trip into the desert. This booking had been requested well before we arrived yet had not been done. We handed over to the staff, large amounts of cash over the week. We were promised receipts but not one has materialised. Because if the staff we actually met, I have been reluctant to leave a negative review but those in charge deserve one. They are unreliable and disinterested in their guests.

The staff who worked at the Riad every day were friendly and very helpful, in particular, Abdallah who was exceptional. The location was excellent, very convenient for places we wished to visit.
