One has to be cautious in the Medina's maze-like market (Souk), as some scammers may demand for money if you ask for directions. Parking is not available at the Riad.

The Riad is in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. We savoured a delicious Moroccan chicken tagine on our first night. Our room was cleaned daily, and the swimming pool was ideal for a refreshing dip. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The staff, especially Ikram and Hamsa, were very friendly and helpful, and Salah, the Riad's recommended taxi driver, was dependable. Kudos to the owner, Brahim, and his team. I highly recommend this Riad.

The location was a bit difficult at first but as you get used to it it will be easy. It was hard for the taxis to get to the Riad and it was a bit of a walk which was difficult for us especially if you have children and elderly people.

The staff were great especially Ikram and Hamza, they were helpful and welcomed us well. The owner Ibrahim welcomed us with a Moroccan dinner on our first night which was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at the Riad.

No specific negatives whatsoever. Do not be put off by the alleyway entrance. The local people helped guide us on first arrival and the vast majority were so polite.

Spotlessly clean, plentiful breakfast with good choices. Plunge pool was delightful and refreshing in between excursions. Staff could not have done any more for us. Polite, courteous and professional in all aspects. Terrace breakfast / seating area were lovely. Wish we had made more use of the seating area in the evenings.

I had an amazing time during my stay on the road to Marrakech. The location was peaceful and charming, offering a perfect balance between calm and easy access to the city. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the delicious homemade and free dinner for our first night.

Like many others I could not find the Riad, despite being in Marrakech 6 times. I had a pin drop but still no . Staff collected me from the main street, thankfully. The Riad opposite has a sign and a door label but not this one, at least label the door please . Location wise and I'm sure it will be disputed, but it is in a more "local" and less visited area, which feels unfamiliar..tho only. 10 mins walk from the square. The rooftop room , queen suite. Does have something on the roof above that makes a loud humming noise, didn't bother me overly but be aware. Breakfast is rigid times , if you have early trips it cannot be accomplished again I'm not bothered but be aware.

The staff are wonderful, the room was very nice and stylish. The bed and bedding, one of the best so far. Great large TV with connectivity. The whole place felt clean. The roof terrace was nice. I cannot comment on breakfast as I left early. The Riad is a modern design, pleasing but if you want more traditional design....others may be better. Lovely tea and biscuits on arrival and early check in allowed and much appreciated.

The manager contacted me before we arrived which was a nice touch and gave advice on Marrakech. When you enter the riad it's like going to a peaceful oasis and you're greeted with Moroccan tea. The staff were very friendly and sweet, our room was very comfortable with great showers and we loved dipping in the pool. Rooftop area was nice for relaxing too.

The Riad was in a good location and within walking distance from a lot of things in Marrakech. It’s very new and clean and the staff do their best to accommodate all your needs! Mehdi in particular was very helpful when we had some issues with our room on the first night and was able to resolve them quickly and efficiently despite the holiday

The welcome meeting was really good and the lady gave me a lot information's about Marrakech during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Everything was great, but if I had to point out one thing, the breakfast didn’t quite meet our expectations.

This riad is absolutely beautiful and is located about a 10-minute walk from the city center. I came down with a severe cold as soon as I arrived in Morocco, and since it was a Sunday, it was difficult to find an open pharmacy. However, all the staff were incredibly helpful in helping me look for medicine, and thanks to them, I was able to recover and enjoy the rest of my trip. Ikram also kindly helped us arrange a taxi from the Agafay Desert. We received so much help and leave with wonderful memories.

Our stay in Lalla Jihane was wonderful. the Riad is well maintained, has beautiful doors and window frames and a lot of small details that make it a delight.

It was very clean and newly refurbished. Staff was exceptional. Ikram and Mehti made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. Ikram welcomed us with a traditional afternoon tea which was a new experience for us. All the staff is very accommodating. They provide taxi service and Salih was amazing. I highly recommend it. Thank you everyone for making us feel like a part of the family.

I had a wonderful stay at RIAD LALLA JIHANE. The hotel is clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff — Ikram, Mehdi, and two housekeepers — were incredibly friendly, always smiling, greeting us warmly, and providing excellent service. They made us feel completely at home with their attentiveness and kind communication. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed and even gave us helpful advice for preparing our trip to Marrakech before we arrived. The hotel’s taxi driver was also excellent — skilled, friendly, and a great conversationalist. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

The Riad was very beautiful and a great location to get to many things as a tourist. Breakfast was very tasty! All staff were welcoming and professional. I would just like to make a special mention to Mehdi for his attentiveness and making sure we both had everything. On arrival our taxi got stopped by the police after googling this is a normal thing. Mehdi was very kind and reassured us. He contacted our driver and explained what was going on. He was in contact communication and made us feel safer about the situation. Throughout, our stay Mehdi has been fab with cooking our meal and always having a smile on his face. Great work, I hope you get recognised for this as you have made our stay in Marrakech very pleasant with the service you have provided. Thank you to all other staff as well.

The Riad it was amazing and the service was exellent. We came to hotel during evening and Medhi prepare a dinner for us, also the breakfast next morning. He was very very gentelman. And them, Latifa was amazing too. Very very kind she gave us all information that we needed and also accompanied us till square Jama el Fna. So service was the best that i ever received.

The property, rooms and facilities, and staff were so wonderful. It is like a family whilst you are there - Latifa, Meriem, Atika and Mehdi you are all wonderful and thanks so much for making our stay so lovely. The location of the Riad is slightly challenging. There are two Riad Lalla Jihane’s on google in two completely separate places. If you press on the wrong address, it shows photos of this Riad. When booking taxis and excursions be careful to book the address given by staff and not google.

A quiet and nice riad in a good location. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, Mehdi was our primary host and did a good job. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, shower was nice. They probably had the best mint tea we tasted. Good Moroccan breakfast. One small drawback for us was that our host didn't speak english fluently, but it worked fine with google translate, gestures and smiles. We also had one suprise when a bathroom door was installed (the Riad is very new, so this was just a curtain to start with). We were not informed of this happening and it resulted in some slight inconvinience. We asked if the sawdust could be cleaned while we were out, but it did not happen (it was our seconnd last day so no worries) Overall a great experience and we highly reccommend staying :)
