Perhaps the only thing would be if they would accept credit cards. However, it really wasnt a problem.

I really can't think of anything that we did not like! At breakfast, we enjoyed several mornings eating at the same time another couple was and enjoyed our discussions and laughter together.

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to us. Anytime we had a question they did the utmost to answer in the most helpful way possible. We always felt safe walking to and from the riad. We loved the way the front of the riad door had two pots with trees planted in them and we knew we were home away from home. We did find the bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the air conditioner/heat, worked well to keep us comfortable. Ibrahim and Fatima were key to help us answer our questions and the other staff were very helpful in creating delicious breakfasts. I even had lunch there and an afternoon snack. Someone is always there on the property, if there would be any questions or issues.

Ibrahim was really kind and helpful. All the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Ibrahim even made us breakfast at 5.00 am and walked us to our pick up point. The roof terrace was a nice place to relax. It was really easy to walk anywhere. We could also book pedicures, manicures and massages at the hotel and professionals came to the hotel. The hotel can help you organise any trips, although we often found great trips on Booking.com. I would highly recommend this place.

Nothing every thing was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad was very close to all the cultural sites. Our host and her team were fantastic. They served us mint tea on our arrival and really looked after us during our stay, even providing us with hot water for tea when we returned from our excursions. Thank you so much Fatima and the staff.

The team from Grizzly is amazing. My boyfriend got sick due to food poisoning (eating out) they helped us Finding the right hospital, get taxi’s, preparing the breakfast for take away, give free water, let us stay in the room longer etc. Very generous and we are very thankful. We will recommend the place for this. They also welcomed us very friendly, gave some good tips and were always helpful. The room and bed was comfortable. Some honest notes for fellow travellers: - place is a bit outside the center (20 min walk) in the dark it can feel a bit off, but nothing to worry about - the prices for beverages are high, but this is probably in all riads. Expect €4 for a water bottle you can get for €0.60 on the street - it can get humid with warm weather. They have good air conditioning but no open windows - the place is small and feels like a living room (tv switched on etc) for us this was not a problem but you either like this or not Overall good experience!

Cold water only on one morning but this was very quickly resolved.. not an issue for us .. the decor furniture down stairs feels a little cramped in a small space but nothing to dislike about it.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. well equiped and happy to host our 2 yr old.. quiet location, comfortable beds and nice bathroom.. the manager is kind and friendly helpful with bags from Main Street where taxi drop off is to the small walk in alleyways to riad. the ladies there working were nice.. simple to find once in the Medina.. nice little rooftop pool and terrace..

Excellent location away from the noise and chaos of the medina. Through the front door is a comfortable place to rest. Everyone was very helpful and the food was excellent. Fatima and Ibrahim are just lovely hosts!

They charged me for a bottle of water at another riad in Marrakech, Fez and even Merzouga in the desert camp a bottle of water was in included.

Staff is master in scamming.My money was stolen from room, macbook Pro screen was broken, which was on the table. I should have really called police, but I had enough, didn't want tp spoil my holiday anymore. So just moved to another Riad. I am trying to recover my money with help from booking.com. Please note the photos of room are fake/digitally modified and do not represent the property accurately. WiFi doesn't work at all. Breakfast had stale/rotten fruits! Rooms were dirty and unclean! All the positive reviews seems to be from the French owner's friend.

Nothing, this Riad is a scam! Stay Away! I usually don't leave negative reviews, but they spoiled my otherwise fantastic holidays. Positive reviews are from the owners friend.
