I’ve been to the property before in 2023 and I had a fantastic time and this time I had an even better experience. The breakfast is exceptional

The Riad was both beautiful and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were also incredibly helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

The beds could benefit from some updates for added comfort, and while the trip organised by the staff offered great experiences, it might be worth considering more budget-friendly options.

The interior is beautiful, everything smells great, the food tastes good, the staff is kind and helpful. Imane, the manager was a great host. The hospitality here is exceptional.

Beautiful and clean Riad ran by an extraordinary staff. Decoration and little details were on-point while the interior and, most notably, the rooftop were amazing. Breakfast served there was also super good. The room was very comfortable and quiet, nice bathroom, great small amenities; overall a very positive impression. To be noted the excellent help, energy and hospitality offered by Anas.

Nothing to be mentioned. Unfortunately stayed only one day due to traveling, but having spent a few days at other Riads in Marrakesh, our experience here with the facilities, cleanliness and staff was simply unmatched.

Everything, such a beautiful and wonderful place. Lovely staff and very friendly. The entire Road had a very welcoming and holy atmosphere to it. Beautiful at night in the roof .

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast each morning on the roof terrace. Immaculately clean and staff couldn't do more to help and make us comfortable.

Needed to do a lot of walking to get anywhere or get a taxi. However the plus side to this is it's quiet at night and we got a full night's sleep.

Everything! Location is great! A 2min walk to a main street so very easy to get to. It’s incredibly serene, like staying at a spa (and you can get massages too- we went as a group and a few people got massages and loved it)! The rooftop is great for having meals and the staff are incredibly friendly but give you your space. The rooms are a great size too for 1 or 2 people and very clean. Can’t recommend enough - looks just like the pictures.

Frankly, there was absolutely nothing to fault. Imane, Anas, and Sofuan were truly exceptional gracious, attentive, and consistently supportive throughout our stay. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident in every interaction. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude, particularly to Anas and Sofuan, whose proactive hospitality stood out; they frequently checked in to see if we needed anything and were always readily available. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a delightful serving of traditional Moroccan green tea, setting a tone of genuine hospitality. The check-in process was seamless and efficiently handled. Our room was beautifully prepared in celebration of our anniversary, complete with a thoughtful welcome message and an elegant selection of complimentary snacks. What truly distinguished this stay was the personalized touch: we were provided with a curated two-page guide featuring recommended activities, top-rated restaurants, and must-visit attractions around Marrakesh, an incredibly helpful resource. This residence is, without a doubt, a gem. I highly recommend it and will certainly be returning on future visits.

The service was out of this world kind.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Le Saadien. The riad is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always on hand at any time of day — warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. We really appreciated the little touches, like tea and pastries on arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day, and the location is quiet but well placed for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very attentive, helpful, had great attitude and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The Riad has a modern Moroccan style and is kept in very good condition.

The two rooms on the first floor do not have much privacy - I recommend booking a room on the upper level .

Such a beautiful and calm place within the hustle of the Medina. The staff is super attentive, Anas, Imane and Soufiane were so lovely and really looked after me. I had an exhausting few days before arriving to Marrakech and they were so amazing to me!! I had to take a very early flight so missed breakfast but they were so kind to give me it as takeaway. I specifically want to highlight Anas service, he is an amazing team player and gave extraordinary service to me. Such a beautiful soul!! The people make the place what it is and it matched their beautiful venue.

Wonderful stay! The service was excellent, everything was clean and cozy, and the staff were extremely friendly. Although it’s located in the medina, it was surprisingly quiet and offered great privacy.

An excellent example of Riad -- a traditional house with a terrace. Located in the old city it keeps the atmosphere of an ancient Arab dwelling combined with modern services. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice views from the terrace. Good massage

Riad Le Saadien was a truly special experience. The riad is beautiful, the rooms elegant and comfortable, and the rooftop sunset views - spectacular. But what was above and beyond - the service. Tarek and Anas and the whole team helped us with everything from early breakfasts due to our tours, you can schedule same day massages, and amazing assistance with shopping and dining. Since the Riad is small, the attention is practicially personalized. Thank you!! You raised the bar on what we expect in service in the future.
