The staff are amazing. The facilities are clean and you have everything you need for a perfect stay. Its was my 2nd visit and ill be going back again. It feels like home. It was peaceful.

We very liked the staff and the warm welcome. Pool was obviously amazing and good place to relax after the day’s heat. The excursions were great and staff even helped to plan in a day before (in the evening) so it was quite good. We really liked the traditional aesthetic. The room itself could have had a better bed, ours was really cranky and made loud noises even if you just sit down on it. AC was a life saviour, shower was good, cleaning services was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and full filing.

Prices on the excursions might differ at the end.

No Wifi otherwise it would’ve been perfect.

We were really happy with our stay at the riad! The guys at the reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They told us everything we needed to know about the city and gave us lots of great tips. We also had a delicious meal at the riad. We would definitely recommend it!

Youssef and Khalid as well as the entire team were perfect hosts. Always willing to help, chat, and discover the culture and way of life in Marrakech. My friend and I felt like the riad was our home.

The only thing I didn't like about this accommodation was that the money was taken from my card immediately after booking (a month and a half before departure), even though it was written that you pay at the facility when you arrive, and even though I filtered in the search bar only facilities where you pay after arrival.

We loved how beautiful the Riad was in typical Moroccan style and that it was a peaceful oasis in the chaos of the Medina. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and thoughtful, assisting us with all of our needs! The food was wonderful on the rooftop terrace and the Hamman experience was Devine! We had a great Marrakesh experience based here and would stay again 🤩💖

We stayed in a couple Riad’s in Marrakech and this one was by far the best! The beautiful, convenient and quiet location considering we are in the middle of medina, the activities they offered and smoothly organised (desert experience, mountain hike, medina tour and Hammam and massage) all organised by the beautiful and lovely staff. The breakfast was amazing, the rooftop was unreal, the rooms so clean and spacious and above all the lovely staff, in particular, Khalid, Sofiane, Mustafa and both Mohammad’s made the trip one we will never forget. Thank you Riad Les Etoiles Berberes. I will recommend you to everyone we know visiting your lovely city.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and want to give a special shout-out to Khalid at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful throughout our visit – he arranged taxis for us, recommended fun activities in the area, and made sure we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. His warm and professional attitude really made a difference. We’d also like to thank Ayoub, who kindly helped me when I got a bit lost – really appreciated! The service overall was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a great atmosphere. The location was convenient, and we felt at home right away. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and secure hotel experience. The entire experience was perfect, largely thanks to the wonderful team at the Riad. From the manager, Idriss, to Ali, Youssef, Ousman—and apologies if I’ve forgotten anyone—they were the most welcoming and hospitable hosts we have ever encountered. At the start of our stay, they took the time to explain everything about the city, offering thoughtful recommendations on how to get around and what to see and do. Each day, they were always available to answer our questions and accommodate our requests, always with a warm smile and genuine kindness. The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, and our room was fantastic. The ambience was truly magical: soft Moroccan music playing in the background, the fragrant scent of Moroccan spice oil in the air, and birds flying and singing, all combining to create a little haven in the heart of the bustling Medina. The location might seem a little unusual or even slightly daunting at first glance, but I can assure you that everyone living in the narrow street leading to the Riad, and in the surrounding area, is genuinely kind and welcoming. From adults to young children, everyone greeted us with a smile and always ended with, “Welcome to Marrakech.” Truly exceptional people. I wholeheartedly recommend this Riad to anyone, and I will certainly be returning soon!

Everything was exceptional!

The Riad is slightly out of the super busy areas which is great, its really peaceful, easy to find with signs leading you the way, and still a 15 min walk from the souks and other sights. Its clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast was always great with mouthwatering smells coming from the kitchen every time we passed by it. The room was nice, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. And the roof terrace was really nice, it was amazing to soak in the sun and rest a bit from the crazy energy you find on the streets.

Fantastic staff. Loved the hamman (sauna and body scrub) and then a massage bed set up in our room. Perfect way to end a busy day. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.Bed was very comfortable and the whole place was lovely and clean.

It’s not easy to find especially as the signage was for the previous name of the riad ( Med Jad). New signs are definitely needed.

We liked the friendly staff (Oussam, Youssef and all the others - thank you for making this such a great experience!), the room related to this booking (Note: Not all rooms are the same) which was beautiful and comfortable, and also the food that was being served. In addition to the Riad being an exotic gem in the old town and well worth a visit, the caring staff made all the difference.

A general challenge when travelling in winter: the Riad is cold in winter, and there is no central heating. This was the case in all the riads we visited, not only in this one. Be prepared and bring a warm nightgown.
