Exceptional place for an unforgettable stay thanks to the warm welcome of Daniel and Christelle and their helpful and professional kind and very friendly team. A remarkable cleanliness of the place. Comfortable rooms. The availability of staff to arrange all tours and transportation. I highly recommended.

The Riad was beautiful and very peaceful, perfect to chill after a busy day exploring the chaotic medina. Everything was very clean and everyday the staff would come and tidy up our room- every detail was considered. The highlight of our stay were the people who worked there. Firstly Adam was very kind and gave us amazing tips as soon as we arrived and even helping us buy a SIM card for internet. We also gave us great tips of the surroundings, restaurants recommendations and explain us how things work in the medina. Fatima and the other ladies were amazing too - very warm and kind when serving breakfast. And the owners Christelle and Daniel were very friendly and make sure we were happy with everything. They also gave us great recommendations and booked us a taxi in advance from and to the airport. For last, the taxi driver - Amid - recommended by the Riad was very kind too and helpful. A trip to remember and will be definitely coming back :)

It's almost a week since we came back from Marrakech, but the aura of it is still with us. And the big part of this impression is coming from our stay in this Riad. The owners Christelle and Daniel had created the atmosphere like you are at home, like you had known this place and these people. Adam, the manager, met as at the taxi doors and kept assisting us with resolving of our daily, small issues and questions very professionally. I could go on and on with my warm words about this place, already feeling that I'm missing this place and people.

Breakfast was yum, beds were comfy, and the staff were very hospitable. Adam was a great Riad Manager hosting us, drew on a map to show how to walk to places and showed us how to get there from the Riad so we could get our bearings.

The owners are absolutely fantastic and will truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic time. All the staff is caring and attentive and also very knowledgeable about the area. They can offer recommendations for your holiday based on what you are looking for to ensure its memorable. My elderly father stayed with them and he was looked after from the moment he arrived at the airport. Thank you all for being so wonderful! I can't speak highly enough and hope to go back and stay here one day!

Nothing, it was perfect

The riad was absolutely beautiful, from start to finish the hospitality was better than we have ever received. Adam was amazing, he welcomed us with a tour and Moroccan tea with biscuits, and showed us directions to the Souk and square. He went above and beyond for us, from booking us taxis to walking us to pick up points and giving great advice. He even came to the riad at 6am one morning to walk us to a pick up point for a trip. The ladies at the riad were also lovely and helpful, we felt at home. The owners of the riad we briefly met and they were very kind and welcoming. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious for 2 of us, and the breakfast was yummy. It was about 15-20 minute walk to the main square of the Medina. We are so happy with our choice of Riad and would return. Thank you :)

The riad was beautiful and so relaxing, no detail left unturned. The staff were exceptional and could not have been more helpful, I have never stayed anywhere with such a high standard of service. Adam guided us late at night and in the early morning, his recommendations were also brilliant. The hosts, Christelle and Daniel also have great contacts for excursions, we were so grateful that they organised an amazing day trip for us, a sunrise hot air balloon which was a highlight of the trip. Marrakesh can be overwhelming (in a great way) but this accommodation is so calming the moment you walk through the door. Staying at Riad Les Gazelles D'Orient made a great holiday, extra special in every single way.

no coffee maker in the bedroom, breakfast starts at 8.30, but we wake up at 7 AM. I'm sorry, but we miss coffe when we wake up.

Everything was amazing, clean, welcoming , informative and helpful. We'd return in a heartbeat. Do not be put off with the walks back through the quiet streets to the Riad. All around is very safe but very quiet, even returning to the Riad nearly gone midnight wasn't an issue for us.

There was nothing to not like! Everything was amazing, the staff at the Riad were all welcoming and friendly, we were recieved my Adam who showed us around, greeted with mint tea an biscuits, given reccomendations about what was to done and seen around Marrakech. The rooms were cleaned daily and a very filling breakfast from the staff in the morning. Rooftop to enjoy the sun and to relax from the very busy streets of Marrakech. Its a short walk to the main square with alot of sight seeing places and souks near by. We got to meet the owners on day of departure, very friendly and welcoming too.

The riad was very similar to others we’ve stayed in. However the owners - Daniel and Christelle - were exceptionally helpful friendly and made our stay memorable. Daniel even acted as a guide to orientate us round the souk on our first day and arranged trips we wanted. It’s also useful to be able to speak a bit of French both in the riad and around Marrakesh generally. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Everything was amazing! Daniel and Christelle are amazing hosts helping us plan every trip and excursion, even coming with us into the souks to help us find our bearings! Great location to access the Medina by foot. Owners Christelle & Daniel were incredibly welcoming, walking us to the centre and helping us get SIM cards on the first day and always ensuring we had taxis booked and all needs met. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, like being at home.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Riad Les Gazelles d'Orient and felt it really made our short stay in Marrakech truly memorable. This place is truly a hidden gem in Medina for several reasons. Firstly, the hosts (Christelle + Daniel) are incredibly kind people, not only were they both extremely hospitable and welcoming, but they also always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was smooth (e.g. organizer a taxi ride to and from the airport, food recommendations). Secondly, we loved the breakfast everyone morning - everything was always fresh and delicious! Thirdly, the Riad itself was such a peaceful place to stay after a long day of sight seeing and we loved the decor of the Riad throughout! We would 100 percent stay there again if we ever return to Marrakech. Truly, a home away from home ♥️

We had an incredible stay at the riad 'Les Gazelles d'Orient' in Marrakech! The accommodation was not only stunningly beautiful but also incredibly practical and well situated. The hosts Daniel and Christelle, a delightful couple, welcomed us warmly, and we soon became friends with them (and the other guests). They went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable and filled with warmth and respect. From guiding us through the Medina to assisting with bookings and answering all of our questions, they were exceptional hosts! The riad itself was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exuded tranquility. Each morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast, and the staff greeted us with polite conversation and warm smiles. This place truly made our holiday unforgettable, and we can't wait to return! Thanks again guys!
