As with many riads, there's no window to the outside (rather to the inner atrium/courtyard) so ventilation in this room isn't great. But it's not a deal breaker because we really only used the room to sleep. Also as with many riads, our shower drain cleared quite slowly.

I especially liked the location. Relatively quiet (depending on your room neighbors). The neighborhood around it feels authentic and lived in. Breakfast was standard breads and jams, though you can ask for an egg. Terrace was nice. We slept well.

The room was in the groundflor, next to the reception and when guest arrive at 2am, we were awake by the noise. Also the day starts very early, and around 7am, you'll start listening to the staf preparing breakfast.

We had a very pleasent stay in this Riad. The staf is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast, somehow simple but yet very lovely and always diferent!

This place is in Kesbah and the man on the reception was accommodating and a nice gentle man . The room was very neat and clean and tidy . Their breakfast was too goood .

Not that I didn't like it, but the location can make some people slightly uncomfortable at first. The rubble on the streets etc makes it less attractive

You advertise this with kettle and fridge and this was very important to us but we found out the rooms do not have kettle or fridge and this spoilt our stay. You are missing selling and missing leading your customers. This is not acceptable

This Riad is more than recommended to everyone. Price/quality is super. Bed huge and comfortable. The included breakfast is super, but most of all our host Mohamed was so kind and helpful. He printed our boarding passes & woke up at 5am for us to book a taxi to go to the airport. Thank you Mohamed, I wish you all the best

well, what I didn't like is not specific to this place, it turned out that almost all Riads rooms have no windows! and the shower has no doors or something to separate the shower and the rest of the shower room. but in general it was cool.

the rooftop is simply beautiful, they have this small peaceful touch which gives you great quality time. the staff is just amazing! uncle Mohammed has great smile and welcoming. the breakfast was simple but amazingly delicious! the place is located is calm area so you can have the breakfast with calm atmosphere.

In the end we decided to skip many of the attractions that are near the riad so the location was not the most convenient. The selection of restaurants near the riad is a bit limited, but some of them are nice.

Small riad where they do their best to take good care of their guests. The breakfast which is served on a lovely rooftop terrace is quite generous and there is plenty of coffee which I loved.

Problem in communication with host. He probably,, tried not to be to annoying but a couple of times it resulted to an unexpected situations. Particularly, while checking out I was asked just a little bit more than I expected (and I had an impression that we agreed one day ago). It happened due to miscommunication in euro/dihram rate and it was not a question of money, but resulted to an unpleasant situation when I was a few dihrams short in cash to pay for the taxi to the airport
